Delay in dispatching the part

2-4 days shipping, its been 5 days you still haven't shipped it despite telling me it was in a wharehouse!

It says that it is genuine ford. This is a reman pump. I bought it because I didn’t want someone else issues. Not very happy.

I ordered a turbo before the new year. Was supposed to delivered that Saturday. Called on Monday to check status and the lady said she would have to call me back. Order had not been processed until Wed. Jan. 7. Still do not have the part I need as of Jan. 13.

Parts came as advertised but I paid a pretty penny for next day for and it took 3 days before my parts were shipped out

Don't shi when you promise it took 9 days to ship and 3 days to receive the package after shipping that to long to have a vehicle down

got a wrong part, sent them the pictures of my old part and the part i received. sent them the vin number also. not willing to help. also want to charge tyhe restocking fee.
