More care and professionalism needed when admin is away or off sick
I would have liked a bit more care and interest from the staff from the repair garage. I know they do a difficult job& are busy but my first experience was not pleasant but confrontative. Second was unpleasant where I was given a whole of reasons why I cannot have a courtesy car from them where the insurance company was saying they were responsible. I was the piggy in the middle.
