you could be excused for casting an eye over the reviews and thinking they're too good to be true - so I'll put my review (thus far) of fixrunner into perspective - I run a high value content wp site from the UK (maths assistance/guidance for nurses) it has loads of memory sappng plugins- I currently use another 'well -known' global brand to host and fix issues .... or rather should I say 'upsell' at every opportunity. So fed up with their service i turned to fixrunner for help and to give them a trial run ... so far so good ---not giving them 5 stars yet ... but yes i would recommend

Ilija save my day! my website got crashed and i cant access my admin site. i was so frustrated and no one can help until i found them.
they offered to work on the website without getting to pay them and they do not chase for payment once the website is up. everything is based on trusted. my site is fixed within 24hours and it is so important as my shop is a full time online webstore.

Support agent Ilija instantly replied even during an urgent case on a Saturday night and chated with me step by step to resolve my broken eCommerce store right there during a LIVE CHAT. which I have yet to experience with any other so called 24/7 agencies on Google.

So many Google top ranked WordPress agencies have failed me... fake 24/7, extremely rude support who only care about upsell ...don't do any work and don't refund, retaliate customers by hacking your website...etc. As a small, high traffic ecom store owner, I had to pay so many companies for work that I did myself instead .

After spending several hours trying to fix an error on my site I realized it was not something I could fix. I am delighted to have found Fixrunner. I had been looking for the right type of help for my website for a while, having reached the limit of what I could manage myself. My website has membership area, online courses and e-commerce areas. Fixrunner were superb for fixing an issue I've had with my site for months and never been able to fix myself. The response was prompt and the fix only took a few hours with regular updates and opportunities to test etc. Will definitely use Fixrunner again for further fixes!

I was having a issue with woocommerce store and was unable to find help anywhere else. I contacted FixRunner and was a bit weary at first. I decided to give them a shot and I am very glad that I did.
