FixRunner go above and beyond for us. We have 3 hosting services with them. Nish is amazing. Great attitudes and response time is always fast, they can get anything done!

We use them for two of our WordPress sites and not only do we get an initial response back in minutes (longest I've ever had to wait was 5 minutes which is incredible), but they always get the job done and very quickly. We could not be happier with their service and support. I truly haven't seen a tech support company with this high level of service.

I will absolutely recommend this service to anyone with a WP issue that they can't fix! I had a client's website get hacked by a redirect hack and was not able to clean it off the site no matter what I tried. When I was comparing services, I simply asked if they could do the fix and they went above and beyond before I even committed to them. I was given a free overview of what needed to be done, a quote, a time frame and they opened a ticket for me so if I decided to use them I didn't need to give all the information over again.

Once we decided to move ahead with them, their customer service was quick, informative and even allowed us to schedule the time they would work on the site in order to save the site's users the least amount of inconveniences. The site was cleaned within a few hours and they even gave a full review and additional suggestions to help improve the site!

Wow just wow! I was having an issue logging into my WordPress website which I'd be unable to fix. I went to Fixrunner had a quick read of their services and read the Trustpilot reviews. I was prepared to pay for a fix on the one-off fee option, but after explaining my issue to Abbasi on Live Chat he was able to give me a working solution within seconds. I am in awe of this company and their service (at no charge I might add) so the least I can do is leave them a positive review.

Fixrunner is reliable and trustworthy. I have been using them for years and they are extremely responsive to any technical help I need. I update our website myself. I have to make major updates 8 x's a year. So I know my way around pretty well. However, this last time something went wrong and the whole site went crasy at an important time period. I couldn't figure out what I did wrong. My regular got on it but couldn't dedicate full tme to it as he had other problems to deal with. I tried Fixrunner and for $150 fixed what I would gladly have paid much more for. They were on it right away and I was back up in 4 hours. Fantastic.

Handed over the world's most difficult website by a predecessor who outsourced the website's creation to someone who had literally never built a website before. We're a small nonprofit funding girls' education in Afghanistan, and we do not have the resources to fix the absolute mess that is our website (looks fine from the surface but backend is abysmal).
