Poor Customer Service
I purchased a Flexispot Premium Standing Desk E7 Pro. The item was delivered within a few days and was relatively easy to put together - although the timescales quoted for self-assembly were definitely somewhat exaggerated!
I was quite happy with the desk, until about 2 weeks in, when I realised there was a fault with the anti collision sensor (desk would go up instead of down when trying to lower it).
I did a bit of googling and came to realise that this is a common problem, and tried a series of self-help options such as hard resets etc. to try to fix the problem, but was unsuccessful. To get the desk working, I was left with no choice but to disable the feature altogether so that I can lower/raise the desk as required.
I contacted FlexiSpot using their online chat and they were just awful to deal with. Lots of scripted responses, ignoring my responses and very little interest in helping me solve the problem. I was completely fobbed off and the company simply would not send a replacement part. I do like the desk however, despite the fact that the anti collision safety feature can't be switched back on.
This is the second desk we have purchased from them - and this is the main reason we have decided to keep the desk whilst leaving this feature switched off (not ideal) and not pursue a refund. It's a nice desk, but I definitely wouldn't buy from them again due to their lack of customer service now that something has gone wrong, and I can't recommend a company to others that won't honour its own warranty or 60 day trial that I was well within.
****UPDATE 23/01/26****
Flexispot contacted me after I posted the initial review above. After I explained the problem to them again, they agreed to supply a replacement desk to resolve the issue. I have therefore increased the number of stars on this review from 1 to 3, as I feel it is only fair given that a resolution has been provided. Although I am happy Flexispot have provided a replacement, I remain dissatisfied with the customer service I experienced and that it took a trustpilot review to persuade them to do the right thing. Despite the fact that the desk was faulty, if they had simply replaced it when I reported a fault in the first place this would have been a 5 star review, as the desk itself is a nice addition to my home.

I am super happy with the desk and it has truly transformed my work experience in my home office!! Top notch customer support
The desk is amazing
The desk is amazing! It is great for my posture and back. I feel so much more productive using my standing desk. Also customer service is fantastic. 10/10 fully recommend!
Desktops of poor quality
I've had my Flexispot E7 Pro standing desk for about a year now, and whilst the primary function of the standing desk works well. However the quality of their desktops are abysmal and do not hold up to the rigour of every day life.
Flexispot has good customer service, and have replaced 1 desktop for me, however the second one also easily scratched and broke. I'd highly recommend their frame but the desktop itself is awful.
Avoid all the walnut desk tops - they're incredibly fragile and poor quality.

Stay on top of the tracking details.
UPDATE: They have now issued a new tracking number so I am updating to three stars for now as this would indicate a reasonably responsive service. I would suggest that anyone who orders stays on top of the tracking data and alert customer service as SOON as anything looks off or you see delays without explanation.
DO NOT ORDER. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The desk top has not arrived and they clearly have no idea where it is. I emailed customer service and they keep sending generic replies which basically repeat the same information shown in the tracking data - "item is ready to be shipped" yet it has not been handed over to the courier. They clearly have no way of contacting anyone in the warehouse to follow up on any queries or to be able to provide genuine updates.
I wouldn't bother calling because they simply repeat the same line over and over. I fully appreciate that delays happen, but this is clearly an ongoing issue that FlexiSpot have not figured out how to address. It seems that if your item is not handed over to the courier within 48 hours, you will be lost in an admin nightmare of Flexispot's making.
I ordered an item that is shown to be in stock.

Good support with returns…
I had ordered a chair which I really liked but it was too large for the intended space. I had excellent support and communication to return the chair which the company organised the collection and the refund was very quick.

The speed of the delivery, the robustness and quality of build of the desk is much better than the one it replaced (motor in each leg, quietness of rise and fall action, the ease of using the assembly instructions). Desktop not received

It has now been three weeks and I still haven’t received the desktop for my new FlexiSpot desk. Every time I contact customer support, I’m given conflicting information - I've been told it was already delivered (it wasn’t) and given multiple different delivery dates. The courier doesn’t appear to have the parcel at all, and no one can provide any real updates beyond “please wait a few more days.” After that, I receive no follow-up from either FlexiSpot or DPD. Very disappointing experience so far.
EDIT:
Flexispot is now saying that the desktop is out of stock (even though they said before that it was on its way) and offering a colour that I don’t want. Avoid this company. The service has been shocking.

I was passed 60 days return by the time I set it up in my new home and called customer service. They couldn’t change it but still offered part cash refund.
Even though I couldn’t get a change they were still helpful on the phone

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered from these people on 4th of november. They delayed my delivery all the way up to december, claiming that it would arrive ‘in a few days’. It was only in december that they told me that they lost the delivery, and that the table would only be available after the 21st december, and would arrive in 2026. DO NOT order with this scam company

Very happy with new desk
I purchased the Premium E7 Pro desk in Black Walnut together with a chair. The order process was easy and everything arrived the day after placing the order. The desk was pretty straightforward to put together and both the chair and desk are of great quality.
Great customer support
Accidentally bought an extra cable tray because I though my desk didn't have one (It did come with one).
When I requested a return, I was immediately refunded, saying I could keep the extra cable tray.
Apart from that the desk is very nice so far, so great experience overall.
Great E7, Great support at issue
I've been very happy with my E7 desk since I got it ca 6 months ago. It suddenly got irreversibly locked - the child lock was active and I could not unlock it in any way. I contacted support and they were quick to respond, investigate, and send me a new control box to replace the faulty one. Now it's back to working perfectly, and I am happy with how the matter was handled.
