I bought the E7 Pro during Black Friday. The service was outstanding — next-day delivery when I was expecting a couple of days. On top of that, I had a query and the support team responded swiftly and professionally.

Great customer service
The first desktop and frame which arrived didn’t arrive and was damaged in transport and missing parts respectively - customer service was great at responding quickly and organising shipping out a replacement desktop for me!
Great frame, poor desktop quality
I bought the E5 White Single Frame with a Black Walnut desktop.
The frame is excellent solid and wobble-free.
The desktop, however, arrived with blemishes and I accepted a partial refund at the time. Looking back, I should have returned it altogether. After only eight months it has visible scratches, dents, and other defects despite using a large desk mat. It’s far too fragile for daily use.
Great frame, poor desktop quality.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! When my FlexiSpot control module had a defect, they didn't make me wait for a back-ordered replacement part. Instead, they promptly shipped a brand new replacement (E7 unit). Fantastic, hassle-free resolution that truly values the customer.
Poor customer service and appalling delivery experience
I purchased a height adjustable desk from FlexiSpot and regret it. The base and table top were dispatched separately using different courier’s. I’ve had the base made up waiting for top for 2 weeks, but the top has yet to appear. I’ve wasted my time contacting FlexiSpot by telephone and now emails about this delay, with no clarification on why there is a delay and the latest is the top should be delivered early next week (three weeks late)

Great desks! Customer service was also very helpful in helping me select a suitable product.
Very poor customer service, new desk not working
Just built a brand new E8 desk which looks great and is sturdy but doesn't work! The motor doesn't respond, only giving an error message. It has now been daily phone calls and emails, each time with a different customer service (bots?). 7 days later I still don't even have a shipment expected date for a functioning motor. Could someone from Flexispot actually help here? Not at all the customer service one could expect at this price.

I’ve received an E7 desk that’s arrived…
I’ve received an E7 desk that’s arrived damaged (chipped in the pre drilled holes) and the motor for the up and down motion working intermittently.
The order was only fully completed on Wednesday last week and I’ve asked for a replacement. Sent photos of the chipped desk and their customer service is now making me jump through hoops asking for videos etc despite me taking the desk apart and repackaging for collection.
Thats absolutely no reasonable request to request customers rebuild a full desk just to make a video to show a faulty item.
They’re deciding their internal policies are superior to the UK distance selling act which allows a consumer 14 days to notify cancellation
Of the order / contract. I’ve now asked for their final decision.
Their customer service at best is AI CHATBOT like at best.
0/10 avoid at all costs.

Not worth the money.
I bought the Vici Duplex Standing Desk 2 years ago and I am now in the process of getting rid of it. I absolutely hate this desk and regret ever buying it. I wanted a standing desk, which this one is. But, it is very shaky and does not feel sturdy. As you type or write on the desk it moves. Also, there are leads under the desk that are difficult to get rid of and there is a bulky item that hangs right under the desk that hits your knees when you are sitting down. I have spent more money on top of the £400 for the desk to try to hide the wires but to no avail. I wish this desk could have been worth the money I paid for it. FlexiSpot - more sturdy and with better thought to hide or hold wires would be a big improvement.

Amazing customer service ! (Which is very rare these days)
I typically don't write reviews but in this case it's worth it!
I purchased a desk with a few other parts a year ago. This is a beautiful and well build standing desk that i am very pleased with.
Last week, the underdesk drawer was disconnected from the desk damaging the wood under it. I contacted service desk with a photo of the issue and asked a refund. In just a few hours i had a response and they arranged for DHL to pick it up and refund the product. They also paid a small amount as a good will gesture. A few days later there were issues with the DHL driver. I reached out again and within an hour i had a response that actually addressed my issue.
Overall i was pleasantly surprised with their amazing customer service which was fast and to the point. This is very rare these days. You just got a loyal customer who can't recommend this service enough.
Shocking delivery experience
I cannot comment on the desk as it hasn't arrived yet but the delivery experience has been truly abysmal and the customer service hasn't been helpful.
I ordered the desk yesterday and the website said it could take 7 business days to arrive. Last night I had a message saying it would arrive at the destination by 820AM-1220PM. Less than one day later.
Long story short, I don't live at the delivery address and was planning to stay the night at the destination to sign for delivery. Well, bang goes that plan.
I have now wasted an entire day at the delivery location and it's almost 4 hours late. I rang customer services to be told that I am only receiving the frame today not the desk.
One question, who in the hell at FlexiSpot decided it would be a good idea to ship the parts of a £600 desk separately?
Imagine you're a business owner, where do you store the parts, do you ask a member of staff to wait on the orders twice?
Are you a worker with places to be or children to look after? Nope, you're wasting two days waiting for delivery.
Genuinely, I cannot understand the stupidity.
I'm sure the desk will be wonderful from the reviews but do your business a favour Flexispot, get your delivery done properly.
Utterly shocking.

Bad Sale system, worse customer service
What would have hopefully been a good experience went from bad to worse. I started off trying to use their limited offer - and was told by the system I had the discount - only not to be allowed to pay.
I then logged on to their customer service system, with the intent on providing feedback on this - and that being told I had it, only not to get it increases the amount of dissapointment, and to try and get their system improved (I was not expecting to get the discount)
After getting their bot, I asked for an agent - supposedly getting 'Richard' - but then got canned replied that were either autogenerated and applied by an agent, or we just another bot.
I requested an escalation to get to a manager - and that got conveniently ignored, despite two requests. So what started off as wanting to provide feedback now has me looking for another vendor, and vowing never to use Flexispot again (we already have one of their desks sadly).
I hate to think what the customer service would be like if there was an actual issue. I feel like I have had a narrow escape here.

Still happy a year down the line...
I've had a FlexiSpot C3 Pro for just under a year and have been very plesaed with it. Just about large enough for a 6'2 rugby lad and comfortable with all the different posture configurations. Excellent customer service who were very quick resolving an issue. Thanks FlexiSpot.
