I had the pleasure of working with Cassie Knight at the Te Awa Hamilton store. We are travelling to the USA for a special wedding and our booking was complicated and became more so as time went on. My extended family in Australia heard about my experience with Cassie and asked me to also book them through Cassie, I trusted her completely. She dealt with changes, refunds, rebooking, transfers to and from airports, motels, more changes, more add ons, more cancellations, more refunds, more changes. I'm sure I was the client from hell 🫣. I actually found out she would wake in the night remembering something that she needed to do for us, only to realise she had done it, she went above and beyond for our family. Cassie always kept in contact with me via email and phone calls, not once did she ever make me feel like I was a burden, and I'm sure I was. She was consistently a joy to work with, she is calm and very knowledgeable about everything to do with our trip, that would put me at ease. I noticed Cassie had pad paper and a pen by her computer and watched her jot down notes for her to action and follow-up for me. I could not have managed this complicated trip without her, this was not a 5 star experience, it was a 100 stars. I hope Cassie stays with Flight Centre TeRapa, I'd never want to book a trip without her. Thank you Cassie!!! 🥰

Natalie was excellent in terms of timely communication and sending through the options. I made several changes during the pre booking stage and nothing was a problem. I have had travel agents in the past that I had to chase up to see what was happening and it was frustrating, so Natalie was an absolute breeze! Would highly recommend.

I appreciated Natalie's patience, most of all. I changed my mind on varied points through the process and she did not show an ounce of frustration.

Yvonne was excellent sorted our trip quickly and efficiently. Fantastic communication and all within budget. She listened to what I wanted and sorted out the itinerary.

Taylor from the Lynn Mall branch in Auckland was absolutely useless, I've heard of additional complaints about her. I saw her because she was the only one working at the time.
In June, she said she'd get back to me in a couple of days, it's now July and I need to use my flight credit asap before it expires.
She's ignored my emails and no one has been answering the phone in all departments.
Thank goodness Kristy from Invercargill has kindly helped me out.

Sometimes you don't always get what you want, this was the case but what we got was good value for money.
