Absolutely awful company please don’t use the Cannock branch, there sub contractor fitter Jimmy is a horrible man threatened to rip my floor up because I wouldn’t pay him £350 for refitting my floor again because the first time they did it was absolutely awful all creaky and moving as we walked on it 😡😡 If you want to get abuse in your own home don’t use them and if you do and they still use the fitter Jimmy be warned 👍

Terrible customer service. Luke Original manager at Shrewsbury store needs to go to tape measure school. LUKE NOW GONE. Hannah area manager is appalling please go elsewhere. When I told Hannah I would leave honest but poor review she said she didn't care. Wish I'd done my homework avoid atall costs.

Manager Phil explained the difference between water resistant and waterproof laminate and guided us to the waterproof slate laminate also cheaper that expected

The Knutsford shop has excellent customer service and subsequent communication, as well as advice on appropriate products for my bathroom. The hole process went like clockwork. The Floors 4 you installer is a credit to the business. I would definitely use them again.

We were nearly put off by all the bad reviews, but went ahead and bought their laminate flooring and I fitted it myself. Zac in Cannock was great and his advice excellent. I've now laid the 36m2 floor and it looks wonderful - and for a fraction of the price of tiles. Maybe the problem [with one star reviews] is the fitters, because the floors themselves are excellent.

Goods have not arrived as promised so had to use an alternative product to get the job done for a customer now unable to get my money back

There was a little hiccup with the installation date but once that was sorted all went well. The floor looks superb & the fitters were not only polite & pleasant they did a first class job. I am very pleased with the result.

Fantastic service from Cannock branch this morning. Helpful knowledgeable and polite. Awaiting delivery so once we have received flooring it could go to a score of 5.

We've had some laminate flooring fitted in two rooms. We went for the more expensive/thicker flooring. Fitter was nice enough and clean, however there are soft spots all around both floors. Phoned them the day after, they said they'd send out a inspector. Two days later, nothing. Called them again to be told a manager would be in contact. Two days later, no call back. Its now been 5 days and still no calk back or inspection. £800 and left with spongy flooring.

We used their fitters, everything was super quick and ran very smoothly! Three fitters turned up and did everything in one day!

Stourbridge branch- don’t bother. Awful customer service, kept saying they would call me back but never did and I had to chase them 3 times. They leave before closing time so the phone rings off the hook. Didn’t supply me with what they said they would and tried to charge us for extra laminate when the fitter they supplied broke the panels. Honestly it will be bane of your life don’t use them. It’s been 2 weeks and we’re still trying to work it out with them for the awful job they did. Can’t get through to them, they don’t call you to book the job and then when it’s not done to the promised standard they won’t help you. Awful.

1 star is generous - whilst apologies were offered for a delayed order by the Stourbridge business owner Senny? His staff showed zero customer service and no updates during the 15 day delay which has resulted in our bathroom fitter having to be re-booked. Ryan in the showroom was rude and needs to take lessons in customer service. Overall an unprofessional and disrespectful experience - will not be going back and will advise my extensive local family to avoid too…..

Avoid these guys. This review is in relation to the Wordsley branch. The guys are a bunch of sleazy salesmen who will say absolutely anything to get a sale. I bought £450 of flooring and agreed to their fitter to install it at an additional £250.

I had not received the goods and I changed my mind about the purchase. I went into the shop and said I would like a refund. The kid behind the counter claimed he had only worked there for two weeks and didn't know how! what absolute rubbish. Also, I read a review on here from 3 months ago which says the guy claimed to only have been there for two weeks. Therefore, I assume that's his go to excuse to get out of issuing a refund.

I went back when someone more competent was around. The guy claimed that he cant issue a refund for more than £100! Anything more than that and he would have to call the owner of the company. These guys must think we were born yesterday.

Anyway, I needed flooring still so we agreed to swap it for something that I wanted and work out a refund for the difference. What I choose was £150 less so he starts claiming he cant refund that much and basically begs me to take a more expensive flooring. One that is thicker that I didn't want. He begs and begs and basically accuses me of being cheap. After a while and against my judgment I give in. He issues me £100 refund and says thats it now, no more returns and "its a done deal".

I am annoyed at myself for not sticking to my guns and saying no, but you shouldn't be put under that sort of pressure in store. If you want a refund and you are within your rights (which I was) you should be given one without high pressure sales tactics.

I have got the flooring home which I was talked into and sure enough, its too thick which is what I told him in the shop but he begged me to take it anyway.

Do not shop here and go with a company which is more reputable.

I thought I would tell other would be customers who are thinking about going to Floors 4 You in Camp Hill ,Wordsley .
A month ago we spent £300 on flooring and floor bars at this shop ,we were served by a helpful young man .We returned the next week as we needed another Floor bar .The helpfull young man had left and we saw another assistant who said he would get us anther floor bar from another of their shops but we did not hear anything from him so yesterday we returned to the shop for the fifth time hoping to get the bar so that the we could Finnish the job .There were 2 Assistants,we were told they no longer used that supplier and had only got a 3metre floor bar in the colour we needed it was £25 and I said I did not want to pay £25 as we only needed a Metre bar £10 and it would be wasted and we were told by the younger man that they could not do anything else “his actual words were he could not produce one from his backside “I was so shocked by his language ,he told me he had only worked there for Two weeks but had worked there Five years before .l
Walked out of the shop Disgusted .We still need a floor bar .How can they sell flooring but not the floor bars .I would certainly not recommend this company .
We are both in our late 70s,would the young man have said that to a younger fitter person .I don’t think so .

Bought flooring from here for fitting following an escape of water in the kitchen, big job over £1200 of flooring plus fitting. Fitting was done looks good but the fitters omitted to tell me they had broken a dishwasher water inlet pipe (they replaced it but said nothing) unfortunately they forgot to take away the old one. When dishwasher was turned on fitters had crossed threaded and water was again everywhere.
I have held back payment of fitting until I can assess the damage ( I will be paying once assessed)
Cannock branch state nothing to do with them, but they have a VAT receipt that I need to send to the insurance company and refuse to give it me until I pay the fitters that supposedly have 'nothing to do with them.

Wished I had read the reviews before I brought from the Cannock branch. They are liars and will sell you what they want you to buy. Laminate split and come apart only to be told your floor is uneven?? Fitter came out and said, he packs up his floors with cardboard??.Not able to return the rest. Avoid at all costs.
I feel I have just wasted money and will look else where for new flooring.

Just when you think the Cowboys still live in Texas you find this gang in Stourbridge. I will be selling products changing specifications on willing to help unable or unwilling to rectify problems. Pretending to understand the structure of the property and matching it to the structure of their products what a laugh. Just don’t bother if you want to throw money away give it to a charity. But not these morons. Look up their company registration read about the directors read about the liquidations read about the dissolutions before you even enter the store.

Paul at the Swansea branch was so helpful. Very good service and the new floors fitted by James and his team is just perfect. Door shortening, kitchen kickboard altering and new thresholds all professionally carried out over 3 days too. Would thoroughly recommend 🙌🙌

Workers very good at what they do friendly, pleasant and answer questions when asked with confidence. Happy with the quality of their work.

Excellent flooring and fitting from the Cannock store in fact we are so pleased we have booked another three rooms to be done! Delighted with the floor and the photos are now on their Instagram page. 5 star service throughout thank you lads!
