Floors 4 You 

So we ordered some flooring from the Stourbridge store, initially they appeared to be helpful. However after the fitter had been to lay the floor we had multiple issues with the floor dipping and not supported in areas.

We contacted the store to inform them of the issue numerous times as they just weren’t getting back to us. Eventually they got the fitter back out however he hasn’t rectified the problem.

They also laughed at us when we mentioned the idea of getting some of our money back as compensation, they also refused to pay for additional planks as the fitter needed these to fix the issue.

I don’t usually bad mouth small businesses but this place has terrible customer service and appear only bothered about the money and no after care.

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Awful customer service! Don’t tell you you can’t have a refund before purchasing. Only exchange. No signs up to state this, only on the back of the invoice once you’ve purchased!!! Rip off prices too.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I would give zero starts if allowed. Dreadful company, customer service is appauling, they say their head office is in Dudley but when you contact that number its the actual store you get through to. I recently spent over £5000 on flooring from the Cross Hands Store (which is now closed). I gave the measurements of each room to the store assistant who calculated the quantity I needed and said to take any packs over back no problem. They have been shut for a few months due to Covid and I managed to contact them as soon as things reopened, the manager at the Cross Hands store said that all he could do now as time had passed was to offer a credit note but that I would have to return the 4 unused boxes to Llansamlet which I did the following week only to be told in Llansamlet after they had contacted the owner that they would not do this, so no refund, no credit note and not able to get any further flooring so that a whole room could be done as now discontinued. Dreadful customer service, no communication between staff and total disregards for what they had said they would do. Do not deal with this company!!! I too wish I had read the reviews before hand !

Amazing service from the Llansamlet branch from start to finish. Mat really knew is stuff and was never pushy. My floor has now been laid and it is perfect! Thank you guys!

Ordered and paid for 27 packs of flooring from Cross Hands Branch only to be told I could only have 10pks, would have to wait just over 3weeks to receive the rest so asked for refund and still waiting for the refund after nearly 3 weeks of waiting saying it will be paid in tomorrow. Terrible communication and lies. If I could give 0 then that’s what I would be, Avoid at All Cost!!!!!!

Shocking service from these guys manager Mat sold floor to us told him rough measurements said if we had packs left over that we could return for refund brought over the spare packs after fitting and told us we couldn't return them never order of these guy again absolutely disgraceful service feel totally ripped off

Floor 4 You Sheldon Store is an absolute joke the staff had his cap on in the shop. Don’t lean on the pallets you might fall over He has fake pallets to resemble stock. They refused to refund my order after I tried to fit the dodgy packs. I mistakenly spent £650 and they won’t refund or replace I have reported the Sheldon store to trading standards.

Ordered Oak Smoked engineered wood flooring from Stourbridge branch,however what I saw in the shop and sample I was given bore no resemblance to the product I was sent.The floor I received looked like offcuts from totally different stained woods,lots of short planks and lots of very different colours.They would only agree to an exchange which was unacceptable as they had nothing suitable.The product they sold was total misrepresentation!I wished I had read reviews beforehand.Absolutely shocking company.They gave us a refund equal to half the boxes we returned and no doubt they will sell on this dreadful product at full price!Utterly disgraceful company use at your peril.

This review relates to the service I received from the Stourbridge branch which was excellent. Sad to read the bad reviews here and not sure what branch they relate to but I can not fault the service from Stourbridge in any way. Like the other review I read for Stourbridge, we received excellent service from the guy in the store, so much so that we ordered on our first visit (not what we usually do) and booked our fitting date.
Fitting day arrived and despite a mix up on underlay, when we spoke to Dave in the shop he was brilliant and sorted it all out for us. Gary who came and fitted the new parquet flooring was a gem and has done a fabulous job. Through no fault of his own he was later arriving to our house in the morning but stayed and completed the job and left late in the evening. He made sure it was finished to the last detail and cleaned and tidied afterwards despite it being so late. Despite what the other reviews say, we have had brilliant service and will use and recommend them again!

Please do not waste your time using Floors 4 you, we used Floors 4 You Llansamlet in Swansea and have had a stressful few months with them, there are many other reputable floorers in the area, they may seem cheap at first but you will get a shoddy service and cheap work. Many other floorers will price match these days so please take my advice and go somehwere else!

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company. Only wish I had read the reviews before hand !
They are a joke , quoted us for flooring , booked in the fitters, they came out to do the job , almost finished and said you haven’t got enough flooring. I rang the shop , after a couple of phone calls between them and the fitters , told me I needed to pay for 2 more packs. I refused and said this was there error , my measurements were correct as confirmed by the fitter. I refused to pay the fitters and went straight down to the shop . Manager Ricky agreed to go halves but not until after I had lost my temper and it caused loads of stress. The bloke who I ordered from was no where to be seen. I paid for the flooring , the fitters were booked in again for Monday , they never turned up. Several phone calls to the shop where they tell you they will call back but never ever do. They eventually turned up the following day to finish it. The company are s##t. Customer service is s##t . Do not use them, unless you’re prepared to be ripped off and fobbed off .
We had other floors fitted by Tapi carpets and although it cost a bit more the service was fantastic !

Awful, received the wrong door bar and still waiting for it since 23rd of May. We’re now in September I’ve rang the company about 30 times with them telling me they will ring me back and haven’t. Also on 3 occasions they’ve told me someone will be out to fit it however still nothing.

Not being one to write reviews generally, with all the bad reviews I wanted to put down my experience with the Stourbridge branch last week as I was not aware of any problems the company had.

There were 2 young lads there who couldn't have been more helpful, polite and not pushy. Walked me round the store, making suggestions. As they were so helpful, I made my decision there and then and paid for the flooring. I was also offered a verbal 15% discount off my next lot for future as a returning customer, should I choose to use them again.
The fitter was contacted while I was in the store and I was given a date and time. Gary turned up yesterday to fit and did a great job again very polite and friendly.

I couldn't have been more happy with the service and would use them again to supply and fit as DIY is not my best subject! Thanks Guys.

Official they have gone bump not paying any of the staff for the previous month. It's OK the company directors are alright as they have literally opened up same day in the same locations as a new business. So they will be fine, I'm sure u will all be glad to hear that. 😠😠😠😠😠😠

I placed an order with the Halifax store and was told it would take up to 2 weeks. No goods or contact so I called the Halifax store, no answer.

I drove down and the store was closed with a note on the door saying they were closed due to a “technical glitch” and will reopen Monday 5th August, hmm.

Tried calling head office, no answer, no surprise there.

I will visit the store again Monday but not holding out much hope.

Out of interest, companies house shows a company name change on the 24th July!! Not sure what significance this now has but surely they can’t remain active as Directors and continue to trade without fulfilling orders?

So cross with myself that I handed over monies to them. I will pursue it and them!!

If you want your stuff or money you best get into Dudley (head office) or into halesowen(only shop they own) or its gone!!

Went to the Stockton store a couple of months ago and to be fair, the laminate floor arrived when they said it would and was collected. The advice I was given was duff... The 8 packs they quoted on the dimensions of the room was 2 packs shy so I rang them and paid over the phone for a further 2 packs to finish the job. Big mistake. After waiting an inordinate length of time I rang back, only to be told "out of stock." The guy was very rude, unhelpful and uncaring so I rang head office. Same response. After a further couple of calls was told it would be at Stockton midweek. Just to give them that bit of extra time I left it till the weekend, and drove there from Durham, a 40ish mile round trip. Low and behold. The place was closed and the shutters firmly locked. Numerous calls to head office have not been answered. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS FIRM. READ THE REVIEWS HERE.
