Worth the time
Marcus was fantastic to work with. My travel dates weren't flexible which makes finding a good flight price especially challenging. It took a few days but Marcus took the time to work with his team, do the research and find me the perfect flights at a price that was within my budget. This is the first time I've used a flight concierge and it was a great experience. Marcus spent more time with me and was more helpful than my travel agent.

Free ticket messed up my return on a changed flight. They were taking me to Vancouver when that segment of flight was a day away. Otherwise it saves lots of money. William was very good with support.

Working with Lucas was great. I had a fixed agenda with specific deposit an return dates made challenging by overnight flights and crossing the dateline. I believe I wound up with the best schedule saving about $900 pp over direct non-stop.

The itenerary I needed was displayed all during the pre-booking coordination, but once I provided my credit card information, the actual itenerary came back with several 'additional' legs that I was meant to no-show for. I understand this to be against airline policy, if they find out a traveler is trying it -- the airline cancels all your flights. This suspicion seems confirmed by the post-booking emails that advised me to not speak to the airlines if I have any ticket problems (only contact Fly Business). Not trying to be a kill-joy, but I am traveling for business and cannot attempt this kind of itenerary.

There are different fare options available, and our role is to present those options so each client can choose what works best for them. In your case, the option discussed offered a significant price reduction of around $4,000 compared to the original tickets, but it did come with certain restrictions.
That said, we understand this arrangement may not be the right fit for every trip, especially business travel. Based on our records, the ticket conditions were explained before the charge was made. If the itinerary no longer worked for you, our agent would have been happy to adjust it. Unfortunately, we were not able to reach you by phone.
