This was my first time using this service and I was concerned to give them my credit card information and potentially get scammed. I was told I'd get confirmation from the airlines and could cancel within 24 hours. I also knew I could call my credit card company within that period. Once I got confirmation, I felt more comfortable. I did have to cancel within 24 hours and reschedule my travel for the following day. The travel professsional who assisted me, Kunika, was extremely diligent and responsive, calling me and responding to emails early and late. She told me multiple times that she'd been up throughout the night working on the changes, although to this moment I don't understand how making the new reservations could possibly have taken so many hours of her time.
Unfortunately, she chose to not cancel my reservation, but rather to change the date on the original reservation. So while she was working on that change (over several days), I lost my 24 hour window to cancel and again was laying in bed at night concerned I had walked into a scam and lost a large amount of money. It was very stressful, and there were other "red flags" that were irregular business practices for a travel agent, in my exerperience, that concerned me and caused me a lot of stress. In the end, Kunika came through like a star and I'd give her 5 stars. But the processs, which took many days with a lot of stress, was too much for me. I don't think I can do this again!

Outstanding service for my upcoming Antarctica trip!I had an excellent experience using Fly Business to book my round-trip flights from Texas to Buenos Aires for my upcoming trip to Antarctica. The booking process was flawless, and I have absolutely no complaints.A huge shoutout to Jeff, who assisted me throughout the process. He did an outstanding job and provided top-tier customer service. I will definitely use Fly Business again for my future travel needs and highly recommend their services!

Our original flight to JRO was canceled by Qatar Airlines. The airline offered a terrible replacement flight. Melvin A immediately when into action and found a better flight two days later for the same amount of money. He is a very impressive gentlemen.

She followed my instructions all the way and gave me many options to choose from.

Agent came back quickly with a good option, everything was quickly booked. Easy to work with.

Ella Brown was very knowledgeable. I asked if I could blend 2 classes on the flight and it was no problem. I also told her the flights I was interested in. She understood I didn’t want 5-10 hr layovers

Michael benington behaved fine until i paid to buy the ticket.
He did not send me a hard copy of my business class ticket, as he repeatedly promised me. This is where the true integrity of the agent comes. Promising until the payment. And then going against his promise.
If this is how your company does business i may not come back to you for future bookings. In fact in December of 2026 i would need at least three tickets all business to india and back.
Would you ask Michael to live up to his word.

We booked with this organization for the first time. So far, the savings look good and the flights meet our criteria. The only minor issue on our end was that it was sometimes difficult to understand the agent due to his accent.
