I had a bad experience with Lufthansa two years ago. I didn’t have high hopes of receiving any compensation, but I filled out the form and more or less forgot about it. Over the past two years, I kept getting updates from Flyghjälp saying they were still fighting for compensation, but I honestly ignored them—I never believed I’d get anything for a cancelled flight that happened so long ago.
But to my surprise, I just received the good news that they need my account details to transfer the money! That’s better than nothing from Lufthansa—thank you, Flyghjälp!

By support of Flyhjälp, they managed to keep pushing for the compensation despite hard fight of the rights as passenger. A case I thought was closed months ago, showed to be reality due to the support and commitment from Flyghjälp.

Regarding a trip to the Dominican Republic in 2023 when I was stranded in Zurich.
Swiss did their thing but arrived about 24 hours later.
Their charter company Edelweiss refused.

A larger player gave up but not these guys.

Fam, it was summer 2024 — me and the mandem were flying out to Serbia, yeah? Whole trip was patterned, bags packed, drip on point, vibes immaculate... until BAM — flight's delayed. Not by 10 minutes, not an hour... FOUR to FIVE hours, blud! I was at that airport aging like cheese, fam.

So I start googling like, 'Yo, can man get paid for this?' — next thing I know they’re chatting about EU laws, paragraf 18b, flygpassagerares rättigheter... Bruv, what do I look like?! Advokat från Solna tingsrätt?! I barely passed Samhällskunskap i gymnasiet, blud!

Moral of the story? Next time your flight's delayed, don't just sit there like a donut — go get your bread, fam. You ain’t Harvey Specter, but man’s still collecting wins!

We got a great service and help from Flyghjälp. We missed our connection flight during our trip to Italy Christmas 2023 due a delayed flight with Lufthansa from Stockholm to Münich.
Despite Lufthansa customer service confirmed that we were entitled to a refund, we never got our money back. Lufthansa customer service used different execuses each time we tried to ask for explanations. At the end after 11 months Lufthansa closes our case saying the bank details provided were not correct.
At this point we decided to look for a company that could defense our consumer rights and we found Flyghjälp. In less than 2 months Flyghjälp managed to solve our case and we received the proper amount according to agreement signed through their website
