We asked help from Flyghjälp july 2022. It took almost 3 years but we finally got the compensation. We didnt have to do anything, Flyghjälp did all the work. it was a long wait but it is worth the wait. Thank you Flyghjälp.

From Last one month August 12 i heared that my case has been approved and money will be transfered very soon. Send us your bank detail. Happily i sent and expecting money in couple of days. After two weeks i contacted them ,sending almost 13 emails, then I got reply that money was transfered in your bank on 19th of August, contact your bank. It was surprise for me i contacted bank ,they said No transaction is made in these days. Again i contacted flyghjälp they said in two days they will send me receipt of money transfer, Two weeks gone again, No reply No receipt. Very calm everything. One email i got it Finance department said money bounced back from your bank they need verification, so send us front and back of you ID , i send it but Still No reply , No result ,No money,

I totally recommend flyghjälp.
Didn’t expect to get anything, especially after almost one year, and I was so surprised when they contacted me to let me know that they won the case.

Got the compensation for 4 hours delayed British airways airlines from Heathrow airport to Arlanda airport. Received compensation within 6 months. It took some time but I was in contact with customer service over the period of time.

Awsome! I get 175 euro instead of nothing. The airline still havent answered my email direct after my trip was cancelled.

I only got half of the promised amount initially. Finally got a hold of them after a week. They promised to reopen the case and pursue the remaining amount

It took a little bit of time, because case went to the court. But I really didn’t do a lot to get finally some money back
