So quick and smooth my questoins were answered - VERY GOOD !!

I find it wonderful that- when there is a problem- I can call Flygstolen and talk to a person and not an automatic answering service. Every time I have called they have understood the problem, been helpful and given me appropriate advice. I also find their website very efficient and easy to use.

Due to a last minute change of plans, I had to change my flight and I did the change all via chat! It worked great! Kristian O at flygstolen.se was fantastic. He made all the changes as requested and I was able to complete the transaction in less than 20 minutes. Really great service, will book all my tickets with them in the future.:-)

I got what I wanted at a reasonable cost and I get updates on changes ... simply perfect and provides confidence.

I thought I had other travel insurance, and declined to purchase it with my ticket. Once I realized I needed it, i contacted Flygstolen's customer support, and they answered quickly and professionally, making it easy for me to buy the added insurance, and answer any questions that I had. I have flown with Flygstolen's flights before, and am happy to have found some of the cheapest flights and the best service through them. Many thanks, Dzenet!

I mistakenly bought an extra luggage. I just try to asked them if it's possible to refund it, but no expect they would return the money back. But they fix it within a minute! Without any excuse! I trust them so much! Good job!

I had some problems with the online booking and that made me a bit annoyed so i called the callservice twice. Both times i had the pleasure to talk to friendly, professional people. Linda and Frida, you are just amazing and are lifting the face of your company,

I REALLY have only the best to say about Linda L at Flygstolen. I have had contact with her because our flight to Florida, USA was changed a few times and whenever I had questions (especially with wheel chair help at the airports), I received very quick and professional help from her!

Got great help from Dzenet for the trip I'm arranging for some friends.

No nonsense - reimbursement of mistakenly booked extra travel baggage on non-changeable ticket purchase. I did not even have to finish my sentence - she had me at the workd "by mistake" and immediately offered to help fix it.
