This is a fact and not an opinion.
I've been trying to get my money back for almost 1 year now. Back in July 2014 I attempted to make one purchase for a ticket. I was charged for 2 tickets. They will not credit me! I confirmed with the United Airlines And they confirmed air seat received credit for the un-used ticket. They took my $ 1,300 and will not credit me. Garbage company without morals or ethics. I'm not going to stop Until I get credited. I'm Determined to get credit. No Reason to note a credit unused ticket especially since it was processed by mistake! Where is the brains of this stupid company. Any normal manager can look at this situation and Clearly make an ethical decision and see who's right.

I am very happy with Flygstolen and I will travel with them again.
They informed me whenever the airline changed their flight times, they even told me about a gate change before the airport announced it (and that was by SMS while I sat waiting at the wrong gate in Frankfurt airport)

Its the biggest ever cheating company existing in Scandinivia!!
I wonder how they rip you off the money, when it comes to refund/cancellation or rescheduling!!
I was not aware such companies exist in Sweden and keep on cheating people.
We lost all the money for a return flight to India from Stockholm, which is close to 20000 SEK for not being able to board the flight for personal reasons, just because they had a simple answer that "there is no cancel, no refund," though the airline we had to fly (Air India in this case) assured 10% deduction and rest of the refund. This fraud company pocketed rest of the money and didnt return us a single penny. I am thinking of suing this company!!
