I ordered the 9 bag set in April 2021 and they took payment immediately and have not sent the product. The number is disconnected and I have not received a response to my multiple emails. Fraud!

Placed an order back in April of this year. About 6 or 7 weeks later I received a small part of the order. I've tried to dispute the charges on my CC but these scam artists must have convinced the card company that I had received the entire order.
So I have 3 bags and they cost my $75.99!
Don't do business with these scam artists!!

I placed an order at the end of March. After a few weeks, I emailed, asking for an order update. I received a response that my order would ship immediately and that tracking info would be sent to me. It's now late June, and I've not received anything. Definitely a scam...

Scam cancel your order and call credit card company to return your money and report fraud

I ordered the 15 piece bags, along with two smaller items, in total of $101.98 on 22nd of March. I have not received any of the goods, although charges was made immediately after placing my order. I emailed the company twice. The first time in April I received a reply and was told they'd rush my order soon. I had to contact them again on June 8 since nothing had been delivered. So far I have not heard from them.

Never received product ordered in April. Same thing a Sam Klein responded staing it would be shipped immediately. Followed up with another email and got no reponse at all. Still no product has been delivered. Obviosuly a scam. Spread the word!

It's got to be a scam!! I ordered Mar 23rd & wrote to them April 11th. They sent an email back April 12th saying they would ship out immediately, emailed them again on June 8th & no response this time. It's been almost 3 months & still no product. I'm going to try to get a refund, but I doubt that'll work.

This is not a legitimate business!.. they are taking everyone's money and not shipping any products but somehow they are still allowed to operate on google and other platforms. All those endorsements on their website are BS. Dont get caught up in this

Placed order in April, and have yet to receive the product. So, even if you give them the benefit of the doubt, considering Covid19, they have chosen not to respond and more importantly they continue to operate online. Is Foodbunker possibly still paying to use Google Platform all the while a defunct business only to take peoples money?! Hmmm?

They are actually less than 1. Because of their lack of response, I am now in a position that I have to get a lawyer involved to get my money. I usually look at reviews before I purchase. I have no idea at the moment why I did not look but DO NOT under any circumstances work with these people.

Same as the majority of other folks on here. No response from them on order status. Ordered in April...seems we need a stronger comment than they suck...because they are beyond that.

Never received my order. Filed a dispute with credit card and the won’t authorize a refund or provide proof of delivery.

Orderer in early April and no update from the company. Tried calling, emailing and contacting through their website and no response whatsoever. These folks suck.

Ordered this and never received my product. Sent several emails with no response. They don't even provide a phone number for a call. These people are scam artists

This is a SCAM!!! Be aware! They don’t ship or even respond emails, they take your money and you will have to call your credit card and dispute the transaction

If there were a rating less than 1 star, that what I would leave. Same story as the other folks. Ordered in March, confirmation email, then nothing. No contact, no product. Bad business.

Absolutely not a good company to work with. I ordered in March, got the original "we received your order" email and then have not heard anything since. I have emailed several times and tried to call only to get a "full Voicemail box" and couldn't leave a message. I will be contacting BBB and filing a credit card dispute.

This company is a joke. I purchased on April 8th and as of June 2nd received nothing. They sent one initial email that showed my paid order and “ we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.” Then nothing. I sent them two emails requesting information and got no response. I called twice but their “voicemail was full”. I left a comment on their Facebook page about my displeasure and the next day it was removed. So I opened a dispute with credit card company. They have time to hide bad comments but not to respond to any of their customers questions! Horrible!

Count me among the many who ordered, was charged and no other communication. I have emailed twice and called with no answer. These food storage bags are available on Amazon but I was trying to support a small business directly. I have disputed the charge through my Amex account.

I placed an order for over $100 (at the time I ordered I found only positive reviews. Now I know those were likely left by the company themselves). on April 12, 2021. They would not send me an order number, despite repeated emails. Eventually I did get a "We are shipping your order out immediately.", but they would not provide me a shipping number.

These scammers are selling an item they do not actually have in house.

On May 13th, after numerous emails with no response, I requested to cancel my order and have my payment refunded. It is nearly 3 weeks later, and despite now daily emails to them, they have not returned it nor have they contacted me. I have now had to open a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back.

I found their facebook page and posted a comment about this. They immediately hid the comment and blocked me.
