DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY! $100.00 thrown to the wind for false advertisement! Ordered on April 17, 2021 until today June 1, 2021 I have not heard any responses to my emails. This company is fake. BUYERS BEWARE

Scammers
Placed an order, never heard anything. On the website they claim that COVID delayed shipping but have not heard back after reaching out multiple times.

I ordered the 15 piece set from food bunker in mid-March, was immediately charged, and waited for two weeks and had heard nothing. I finally sent an email to the info email address listed for inquiries, info email address and heard crickets. In fact I sent many emails and got no response. Finally after 4 weeks I read a google review that said send your inquires to orders email address and got a response that my order will be immediately processed (mid April). Still didn’t receive any shipping details so I emailed again. Then got a email with shipping info from China-but seemed that the product never left the shipping site. Received another email late April saying shipping was being held up due to COVID restrictions and would not be received until May 15. I wrote back and said if shipment was not here I would cancel my order and submit a complaint to my credit card to have charges reversed. I finally did receive the product on May 15. I had ordered green but it was clear, no color. I certainly wasn’t going to complain at this point. I have used them and I do like them. They are as they advertise, usable in microwave, dishwasher etc. only observation is I think the smaller ones are better, I never have sufficient leftovers for the larger bunkers. All in all bad experience but decent product if you get it.

Ordered a multi-sized set from Foodbunker on April 11th and waited and waited and waited and waited and nothing ever arrived. Contacted them by email and over the phone and it appears they have left town with everyone's cash. Better results throwing my money out the window on the highway.

What has to be done to a company to receive a refund or the product promised ? I ordered back in March, they got their money & I have nothing. No response, No Product, No emails, Nothing. This is theft !!

I kept sending e-mails and have gotten no response. I still have not received order. They need to be shut down.

Never recieved my order from April 12, 2021. I have sent multiple emails and tried leaving a voicemail. The voicemail box is full and they refuse to respond to their email. They are falsely advertising 24/7 support on their website. Honestly they should be shut down a charged with a crime!

Ordered their silicon bags on April 11, 2021. Have left 3 messages on email and one on an answering machine asking about my order with no response. I guess I've wasted almost 60.00. Looking at these reviews, I am not alone.
I do not recommend this company.

I guess I am one of many who got charged but never received the product. I ordered it on April 13th. Stay away from this company and advise whoever they advertise with.

Right...completely a scam.
I ordered mine on April 12th.
They got money immediately..but I got nothing.
I emailed 3 times...but no communications at all.
Unbelievable...

Just like other people on here I placed an order got no product the tracking number they gave me ship to another state I left multiple calls and emails and they never responded save your time and money do not buy anything from this company

Still haven't received product. Placed my order at the beginning of April. They charged my card immediately, but never sent shipping info. Emails have gone answered. Complete scam.

I'm on a fixed income and I thought this would save the earth and my budget!

Took my money and have ignored all inquiries on where my order is. Its been over 2 months, I'm sure my 59.99 is forever gone. Don't buy from them. I wish I coupl post my screenshot of the order but I can't figure how.

I placed the order and they charged my card immediately. Four days later I wrote and asked where's my shipping info? A week after that, they promised to send the items "immediately". A week after that, still nothing from them, so I wrote again. After another week, I wrote a third time.

Now it's been six weeks. Still no response, still no merchandise.

Scam company. Stay far away.

Evening. I bought two sets of FOODBUNKER re-usable food storage containers or should I say I PAID for them and never received the product. That was two months ago. I have called and emailed and ZERO response. Their voicemail is full and you will not get a response from any email. TOTAL SCAM.

We ordered on April 18 today is May 21 and we have received nothing, account was charged $48. Called the number associated with the charge on my bank account mailbox is full. SCAM ALERT!!!

Same complaint as others. Ordered April 12 and never received. No response to 2 queries. I believe this is a scam. Do not order!!

Same as others. No response or communication after being “Thanked for my order”. Trying to be good to the environment here... 😡
