I ordered Match 27, 2021 and still nothing. The order confirmation gave an email address that I wrote to twice in a month and a half and got no response. Then at their website, I found a different customer service email and sent for a status check there a week ago, still no response.

Yep, unfortunately my story is the same. Ordered $130+ order on 9 April. Have not received a thing and 3 days ago I wrote to ask where is the order, and only received a "We will get back to you shortly" email. In my book, if your not able to respond in 2 days......its NOT "shortly".
I called AmEx and asked them to cancel/dispute the charge, and even though I have paid my balance on AmEx already they have put the amount in dispute and will be working thru their system to contact the "vendor" Good luck is all I can say because it seems this place only takes in orders, it does not fulfill them!

Like the other reviews, I ordered and charged to my credit card in mid April 2021. No product or communication by May 15th when I emailed them from their website. Received a confirmation of my email from food bunker but nothing since. We have all been scammed. I do have to wonder because I saw their product ad on a you tube video. They spent some money doing the ad. My advice is DO NOT ORDER. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

My credit card was charged but they never shipped the product. Multiple emails went unanswered. I think this must be a scam and I fell for it.

Credit card charged, no product, phone number is dead end mailbox, no email exists, no response to six refund requests via foodbunker.io.

Totally bad reviews read already. We are all disappointed customers. I ordered since 4/19/2021. I am yet to receive my order. I can’t even email through the email provided. What is going on.

Scamming people during a pandemic is a horrible thing to do.

Like many others, I'd placed an order and received no response to two follow up emails. I went back to their website, clicked on "Orders Update" in the top bar and found a message from a Sam Klein apologizing for the delay. Sam also offered to accept order cancellations if a request was sent to the email address he included, which I just did. I'll repost if and when I get a response.

I ordered the food bunker product on April 3, 2021. It is now May 15 and I have yet to receive the order. I have reached out to the company twice. Neither time have I received a response. They did bill my card which I have paid. I am so disappointed.
Update - it is now May 30, and no product received.

Much like most other reviewers, I ordered in early April, paid and have yet to receive the product, nor a response to my inquiries. Must Google before buying from FB add is my new rule.

DON"T BUY THIS PRODUCT!! I purchased these April 4 and received an immediate confirmation for the order. That was the last time I heard anything even though I emailed them twice to inquire what the hold up was. They had no trouble running my credit card and receiving payment. Now their website is down and you have no way to contact them. Shameful.

I would leave less than 1 star if I could. I purchased a 9 piece set for $59.99. I received no confirmation email and the company got the money from my bank account, the day I ordered. After my purchase, I just kept getting emails that I left something in my cart, surprise, surprise, it was the same product set I purchased. Of course, I did not purchase them again and waited a good 3 weeks, then emailed the company. 4 Days later, I got a generic email, stating that they would get back to me shortly. 2 weeks later, radio silence! Thankfully, I have an excellent bank, who is taking care of me.

Obviously a Scam. Ordered 4/18/21 when there was an ad on google for a sale. After reading other reviews one states there is a delay and shipment coming in 5/8 so I will wait a little longer but never again will I give business to a company who cannot communicate.

Order placed on 4/9. I received no confirmation email or status update for the order. As of 5/11, I haven't received the items, nor do they reply to my emails requesting an update or refund. It's also possible (though I can't say with certainty) that this site is responsible for a >$1000 fraudulent charge to my card for airline tickets.

This company appears to be a scam. I paid for my product on April 6, 2021 but as of today, 5/11/21, I have not received anything and my emails remain unanswered. If I don't hear from them, I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau and any other relevant organizations. Stay away!

My purchase on 4/8/21.....which never arrived.
This company is a complete scam.
I spent money that was much-needed funds.....no one seems to do the right thing these days.

I placed an order on 04-06-2021 for the 59.99 package and they were quick to process payment and send an acknowledgment. However, no delivery, no response to repeated emails and no tracking thru the Shop app which only circles your requests for tracking info.
Stay away‼️

got partial shipment of single set of 3 but missing family pack , requested twice no respond at all, it is very poor service, going to report to BBB, honest is best for business

I ordered on April 15th, 2021, it is now may 8th and i still don't haver my product! i sent an email and have heard nothing back. of course it's alredy paid for!! VERY UNHAPPY..WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

How do you say ditto? Wish I looked at trust pilot first. Horrible company. No reply but happy to charge you.
