Foodbunker 

Same as everyone else. Ordered on April 11. Charged my card for $48. I received a order confirmation but no shipment info and no one will respond. These people need to be band from media with their ads.

Garbage company. Ordered a month ago April 10 and have yet to receive borh shipping confirmation and product although they have charged my card. Crooks and theives. Do not order. Get it from amazon or walmart. 💩🚽

I have the same complaint as everyone else. Placed order April 10th and don’t have the product, or have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I’ve sent 3 emails only to receive an automatic reply “thank you for submitting”.

I ordered on 4/19/21, but haven't got any emails about my order. My credit card was charged on 4/20/21. No one answers there phone #. I will new order from this company again.

I ordered on 4/18. They took my money. Order status as of today still shows order confirmed. Ive received no order processing or shipping info. I have emailed twice and gotten no response and called and got a recording. Website states 24/7 customer service. Don't order thru this company.

update:per website there was an inventory issue or something, a large shipment should be arriving may 6th...i will give it a few more weeks due to covid and issues with shipping and transport around the world over the past month or so. Original review: I ordered on April 7th. I have not received product, no email related to shipping or tracking. I have tried to email them several times with no response other than auto reply that they will get back to me.😡 In all fairness, there may be delays in receiving product from China, however there is no communication after ordering. Website says 1-5 days to process order and 2-4 weeks to receive from china and that there may be delays due to covid. However there is no update on if order was processed, if it has been shipped, or if there is an expected longer delay.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Ordered April 13. Today is May 3rd. Nothing....Emailed and called a few times....Nothing....This is bad. Stay away from them.

SCAM!!!! Just like other reviewers here, I ordered from them and over a month later I still dont have the product I paid for. Send them 2 emails and got one response saying that the order will ship soon. 2 Weeks later still nothing. Disputed the charge with my cc company.

Other reviewers. Ordered two sets of bags . Not a word since. They took my money immediately. I’ve emailed , called . No response . I just filed a complaint with the BBB.
A simple response from food bunker explaining the problem with fulfilling the order would have gone a long way . But nothing .

Wish I could give less than a star, this company is a scam. Placed and order, never showed shipping. Called and emailed them 4 times then disputed charges with credit card company. I hate that our world is full of scammers, add this one to the list!

I fell for this SCAM too. Order placed weeks ago and nothing! Tried contacting them and nothing! They need to be arrested! If you can’t fulfill the orders then just refund the money!

I with I could review the product... But I never got it. I was charged for my order on March 25, but have gotten no updates since then. I have been trying to contact the company for a week via emails to each of their two provided email accounts as well as the business chat I found on their BBB entry with no response to anything.
The same product is available on Amazon under different brand names, buy it there.

There's no 2.5 star rating, but that is what I'm really trying to give. Here's the deal. They advertise 2 days shipping, but that is bull. Their website in hosted in British Indian Ocean Territory and when the shipping finally gets underway it's coming via China Post. The best shipping you EVER get on China post is 10 days. So, I think what is going on is that the tiny little office in LA (and yes I looked it up on google) has little to no inventory and this is really a front operation for a Chinese company. I mean why would a Californria based company host in B.I.O.T.? In addition I bought 20 silicone storage bags from Amazon for $42.00 vs 9 from Foodbunker for $48.00. They will eventually get you your bags I think. I had to contest the charge with AMEX and threaten to report them to the FTC, but they did come through... finally. They aren't a total scam, but they aren't exactly legit either. On second thought 2 stars is about right.

after assurances & promises that I'd get tracking information by now for an order I placed 24 days ago, I've had enough. I'd be patient for the product--to a point--if they just followed through on their promises. not even tracking info? a note 7 days ago that my order was shipped and I'd (finally) get tracking info that night or the next day but IT DIDN'T COME and still hasn't---nope. they aren't giving real & accurate information. talked to my cc company today. enough!

Scam. Ordered and never got my items, no communication either. These people are garbage.

i’ve bumped them up to four stars! just got all of my shipments from foodbunker. they are giving this their best effort and people need to be patient!

Ordered from company over one month ago and have sent multiple emails with no response. have requested a refund through my credit card company. Do not order from this company. Big surprize they have ads on facebook, what a scam!

After purchasing a set of items from the companies website, we did not get any notifications from the company. After waiting about 2 weeks we tried to contact the company to check on our order and change our shipping address to no avail. We even looked up the address of "Food Bunker" and contacted the sites management company, and they had never heard of "Food Bunker". So not only do they refuse to contact clients that have left messages via different means, they have a fake address. My wife and I are treating this as a scam.

Wish I could give them no star at all. Company is a scam. Filing a complaint with my credit card company. No shipping info, no return to emails, no product. Do not buy from this company. Can you say Scammers!
