Karoline helped my wife and I to get the best policy when we called her. She came over and we did everything at the comfort of our home. When she found out that our little one had disabilities, he recommended a free respite for my family. It doesn’t get better than this.

Advisor caroline made it very clear. She was very helpful and kind.

She quickly built rapport me and my wife making us feel comfortable when discussing sensitive personal information required for life and critical illness insurance. Would recommend discussing with forces mutual as they understand military life.

I had excellent service by Jennie Lewis, was looking at getting life insurance and she talked me through the whole process finding quotes that was much cheaper than I could find online. The experience was very easy from start to Finnish. Thanks again Jennie.

The most intriguing aspect was how she advised us to choose our insurance policy based on our marital status and financial expenditure.

Sarah was absolutely amazing with the three times i have spoken to her. She repeatedly portrayed herself with the upmost professionalism. She was so helpful and was patient with me over the phone. And made my enquires so much easier! Sarah deserves a praise!

Very disappointed with the Company - handling of claims is very (very slow). The deal you get is not worth the work you have to do to get the claim (at least in my case). Low monthly payments for a reason probably - very reluctant in paying claims. Would not recommend personally.

Had a meeting with Sam regarding my life insurance. I found Sam extremely friendly, after listening to my needs she advised me on what products came available, with no pressure and non pushy which is very important. After going away to read on what was being offered I arranged another meeting to sign up

I found Sam to have a very calm manner but at the same time very professional throughout. I would 100% recommend forces mutual and Sam for any insurances need.
