Great advisor, Lisa Buffey, went through my finances and then went through serval difference polices and looked at the differences with the companies. Did not push anything on the what so ever even though I had life insurance we re assessed it and found an insurance with more payout. Less cost would recommend!

Excellent customer service , I would define as a top notch beyond the level and really helpful , I am well chuffed and would recommend Karoline Campbell to all people out there and stick with forces mutual . I was paying to vitality point less .

I had been unsure about travel insurance with an overseas posting and contacted Debbie Bloss. She talked me through the options and answered all my questions in our first meeting so all I had to do was send over the paperwork. Very simple and much more reasonably priced than I was expecting to cover our family.

I was well informed of the possibilities that could happen and why i should have insurance to back me up, and it was explained to me to the very least details

Paula Blanch made it extremely easy and simple to understand what was available to myself being a royal marine and the various other products compared with one another there and then. She was open and honest with the questions I had and made it very fluent with pointing me in the direction of answers and choices.
