Total rip off like everyone else

Total rip off like everyone else. Purchased a duffel bag that never arrived. Can’t track it. Try and dispute with my credit card company and write it off as a learning experience.

No goods received

Also ordered items for Christmas 2019. Never arrived. Contacted them by email. Standard response, we are working on it. No they’re not. Refuted charge with credit card company.
They won’t be paid.

Product never arrived. Fought for refund

I had the same experience as many others. I ordered a product December 5th. The shipping link never worked. It never arrived. My card was charged. When I contacted them, it took a long time to receive a response. They initially said they were working through many orders but then responded again and said my order was canceled. This order was intended as a Christmas gift. It's not now January 11th. What a fraud and waste of time.

It’s a scam company

It’s a scam company. I purchased a few items which never arrived but yet was charged for them. Also opened a ticket to their so called help desk and got no response. Never buy from sites that advertise on Facebook and instagram that’s how these shady companies work. Will research everything now

Scam company

Scam company! They represent themselves as a hip US store, but are just an outlet for Chinese factories. Everything will arrive super late, if at all, and it's all poor quality. They have false advertising to pull you in like "store closing", and then they mark the majority of their items on "sale" so that they are not returnable.

Count me in as another ripped off customer...been waiting since December 1st for a duffel...ten days into the New Year and nothing and no response obtained from inquiries. I think we should unite to bring a class action suit against these thieves...

I got suckered too!

Well I guess I got suckered like everyone else as I ordered a duffel and toiletry bag Dec 5 - the toiletry bag arrived with no invoice, product tag, or anything- almost looks used. Have never received the duffel and received one email response saying they were looking into it. Now I’m unable to track it. Calling credit card company.

Like everyone else

Like everyone else, I too did not receive the duffel bag that I ordered Dec 5th. Same scenario... no tracking information, no product, etc. I am requesting a refund from my CC since I did not receive the product and probably never will. Just don't waste your money and order from them. Wish I had checked these reviews before I ordered.
Follow up: On Jan 12th I received the duffel bag which I ordered Dec 5th. Persistence I guess paid off. Duffel Bag OK for $55 price but not anything great. Won't ever order from this company again. They had a review under my name which i did not write.

I would not even give FTM one star but…

I would not even give FTM one star but I had to just to be able to let you know how bad a company this is!!! We ordered on Dec 13, 2020. Part of the order came in and the rest is still in transit. Repeated email requests for contact have gone unanswered!! The ONLY phone number that I could find was one listed by the charge on my AMEX bill. When I called the number...a voice mail telling me to email them!! :( DO NOT order from them!!!

Same as all of you.. Two emails. Assurance that the bag was shipped to USPS.. As of today? Nothing. Below is my most recent email from them. Looks like I'll be dealing with my bank, too. So disappointing. Why lie? xx

I Ordered a duffle bag Dec 1

I Ordered a duffle bag Dec 1. My experience is same as everyone else.
No response to emails after initial email asking me to be patient and they would refund if not delivered by Dec 30 as I was moving. They did not honor the cancellation and no longer answer my emails.

In addition, the tracking number is false.

Took forever, but arrived.

Same experience as everyone else - ordered early December, provided a fraudulent tracking number, no response from the “company” to emails. No item delivered.

Update: Moved to 3 stars, which is generous but I do like the product. After filing a request with PayPal, the tracking updates miraculously started and the item shipped. It came from China, and I do think there is some misleading info about the company on their site. But I did receive a product and it’s not a bad bag. Worth what I paid, at least.

Beware - difficult purchase

My review is similar to those listed here. I ordered seven products and received a tracking number. Then the tracking went dark - no information after a certain date. The only way to contact the company is through email and they don't respond quickly or at all. After four emails, they gave me a non-response response. I replied asking them to answer my question about my order. No response yet. The product did arrive and one of the items was not what I ordered. They have not responded to my email as to how they will correct this. It's too difficult to do business with them and the trust is not there that they will take care of any issues. I won't be ordering from them again.

Update: Despite FTM sending me an incorrect item, they will not correct the situation. When I asked how they would rectify it, they noted I could "Accept a slight discount" or I am responsible for sending the incorrect item back on my dime. And specifically noted this "You will be responsible for returning the bag. Please accept our offer. It will be inconvenient on your part to send it back. Please advise."

So their solution is for me to pay for an item I didn't order nor do I want - but hey, I can have it at a slight discount. I also reviewed an item on their website and it doesn't appear. I guess because it was a 1 star. I guess they control their reviews on their website. There isn't a way to talk to them - no phone number nor real address. They only respond sporadically on Facebook messenger.

Ordered duffel bag November 27, got an email “Your order has shipped!”, December 3rd. We are well into January and NOTHING yet. I’ve emailed, received a few pat responses about being patient, and I’ve emailed some more. After reading that everyone else has been scammed, I’m calling my bank.

I ordered the Mesmerizing Incense Smoke…

I ordered the Mesmerizing Incense Smoke Waterfall 12/06/2019 and got an email saying it was shipped. I tracked it and for 3 weeks it never moved.. I finally got part of the order 12/26/2019 and contacted them to not bother shipping the rest. I got an email back asking for pictures of the "inconvenience" I had experienced. Still no response. I finally got the rest of the order today and sent another email, which I still haven't received a response. TOTAL SCAM.... the website looks legit, but it appears that it all comes from China and really has nothing to do with the Downingtown, PA address
