Hi . I been using freenet unlimited basic for while. The speed is not really bad . But sometimes is dead . I was in freenet branch and ask for upgrade my service to unlimited max but the refuse to do that and instead offered me a new contract for 99 Euro even if i order that online will be around 49 Euro , so who are work on freenet branch trying to scam customers with kind of offer . Most of providers will be happy to upgrade service what you still using but not freenet , they forced to buy new contract

I ordered a new contract with eSIM and ported my old number. Initially, I was given an eSIM with a temporary number, which worked fine. On the day the old number was ported, the network suddenly stopped working, even after restarting the phone as instructed. So, I deleted the eSIM with the temporary number and tried to scan the QR code again, but it said the code is one-time use only. Calling the customer service and waited for 20 minutes, they told me that I’m supposed to pay 10 euros for a new eSIM? There’s no way I’m paying extra for their mistake (or maybe even intentional money-grab scheme). I just canceled the contract immediately.

On my search for the new provider, I was almost tempted to choose klarmobil, before I found out that they are the same company. So if you are avoiding this trap, don't fall into the other one!

The good thing was I don't have course to be calling for bridge of contract. The money agreed on remain the same without unnecessary charges. For me that is a good work and worth telling others about.

More than 3 weeks ordered an iphone 15 with contacts still didn’t receive, I didn't know it was so hard to find such an iPhone, let's see if they will get me the money for the first months of this phone
