Worst company i have ever seen, If you select this company, you would really regret like i am doing. I have been paying 24 Euro instead 13 for last few months and when i talked to them, they said, we got some spam emails and calls, therefore we activated your services and unfortunately we can't undo it. What? They are just thefts.

The company is good and quiet responsive

The worst company I have seen so far in my life, unjust in their billing price and no customer support for English speaking people.
Also the reply very late on emails.
Please make sure to see if they are selling something very cheap then its a scam from there end, don't fall in that trap

The Freenet team in Wiesloch has been extremely professional, supportive, effective and kind, offering the best contract that can suit my needs.

How do you sell a TV contract when someone says NO & even insists they don’t even own a TV .
These telephone contracts should be illegal ! A shame for a country like Germany !Thieves for sure targeting “ foreigners “ who seem powerless, I will not let it rest . Be careful you all . If they call you , don’t even pick that call . Let everything be”written “ as it should be .

Fast and good service, exellent network

Although my German language is not the best, the customer service team at the shop were really helpful and explained everything in English and German.
They showed me all the packages they had and helped me to choose the package that meets my needs
