Awful I pre booked taxi at 7.20 this morning for 8.25 .. they should at least let me know before estimated arrival at 8.25 that there is no taxis so I can sort something else out but nope nothing absolute joke of service

Send me emails about having vouchers for discounts. Yet my prices are higher than my friend who is with me and isn't using any vouchers, both on free now. What a scam.

Incredibly useful app for hailing a black cab without the stress of wandering about the streets. Unfortunately they have killed the golden good by introducing "surge pricing" which goes to the app when times are busy. The cab driver gets the same amount. Have just paid £30 for a £17 fare. With regret I am going back to Uber.

On several occasions, they have attempted to charge me twice. Seem like a massive scam. Be cafeful and do NOT store your credit card details in the app.

I would give zero stars if possible. I tried on 3 sperate occasions to book a taxi and and all occasions it failed to provide one. Clearly your driver's would rather pick up from the street and avoid your charges. Will not be using again. Service is not fit for purpose.

50 euro for. 15 minute drive scumbags

So I was trying to get my family home, the app said ok we have the trio booked but it spent 5mins cycling through drivers, I saw all sorts of names and photos of drivers but none seemed to be FreeNow like the app states. In the end I had to go use Uber....

Hotel booked this taxi for me. I'd paid 40euros to get to the hotel from the ferry port on Sunday.
This morning the same journey back cost me nearly double 78.20euro. I've tried contacting the firm but to no avail. Won't be using these again.very disappointed

I ordered a taxi from FreeNow on Xmas evening. The cab showed up and I got in. I then got a call from another cab saying that he had arrived to pick me up. Clearly FreeNow had sent 2 taxis instead of one. I explained this to the second cab and he said that he didn't know what to do. I told him that he should contact FreeNow because they had clearly made a mistake. I then found that in addition to charging me an over inflated fare because it was Xmas evening they had also charged me a cancellation fee for the second cab! I contacted their customer service and I received a non- sensical response. The bottom line is that they never refunded the incorrect cancellation fee. I will never use them again

Poor customer service, son lost his phone on journey home. Have tried contacting customer support and driver to see if left in taxi but absolutely no response from anyone.

Driver cancelled a trip to the airport last minute. Due to severe weather conditions no trains/busses were in service. Had to drive my own car and park at high cost at the airport car park. Freenow is therefore not fit for purpose. Absolutely unreliable drivers.

This company are having a laugh. Two drivers cancelled my trips with no explaination leaving me standing in the freezing cold at Dublin Airport at 2am on a Sunday morning. Eventually a 3rd driver showed up. They took over €120 in ‘pre holds’ out of my account and one of them is still outstanding 5 days later. There is NO WAY to contact them other than automated Tweets/Online Form. Shocking Service, will be deleting app. Use a better service.

Easy to use app, competitive prices, nice to see the Uber-monopoly challenged and also donate to grassroots music venues.

Friendly drivers and good prices, everytime I've used them it's been cheaper than an Uber. Never had an issue so would highly recommend

I've used FreeNow in a number of situations and only ever had great experiences. The first time I was travelling home at 5am and the driver took me right to my door and helped me with my case.
The main reason I started to use the app as an alternative to Uber was that it always has offers available for anything from 30-50% off rides and now that they have pledged to donate to music venues in the UK I have even more reason to do so.
Don't personally find that they take any longer to assign a driver than Uber or Bolt, sadly it's just an incredibly in demand service at certain times of the day and night in cities like London now so I plan accordingly.

I always use FREENOW when taking our cat to the vet as it is half the price of UBER when pre-booking. Although there doesn't seem to be the option to let the driver know in advance that there will be a small furry passenger, they are always very kind and drive especially carefully so as not to cause unnecessary upset. There is also great communication when pre-booking, and the drivers have always arrived on time when I have used this service.

I decided to take a FREENOW taxi while in London as my back was hurting and you can now opt in to donate to grassroots music venues in the UK. The price of the ride was half as much as I would have paid for Uber (I checked) and I was able to donate to venues without any cost to me. Win Win.

I ordered a cab for yesterday evening waited outside at the pick-up point the driver wasn't there then the driver cancelled my booking I spoke to the driver and was told to rebook I tried to and was kept waiting for a response was then charged £6 cancellation fee I have contacted FREENOW and they started with some nonsense that didn't make any sense I will never use them again my advise is DON'T USE FREENOW look at all the 1 * reviews that says it all
