Free wills is an amazing service, you don’t need high flying all singing all dancing Wills. The service they offer ranges from basic to high quality and additional services without the forcefulness of the upsell.
You can make a donation as little as £5.00 for a PDF Will or a quality printed Will from them for extra. Great service.

Solicitors and Free are two words you very rarely see together so I was sceptical when I saw the offer. But yes it is true and not only that this company offer a first class service. The online template is both easy to understand and complete. I completed and submitted the will at the request of my partner. The first draft was not right but this was due to my mistake entering a paragraph in the wrong place. This was quickly rectified and another draft sent.
All email enquiries are quickly answered with friendly and helpful advice. And yes this was all free. In this day and age when services such as these are so expensive and generally substandard it was a pleasure dealing with FreeWill.co.uk. Thank you

There are no catches, this is a magnificently easy to use and totally free service to make a will. Creating the will was so straightforward and simple to download and produce finished copies however you like. We opted for buying prepared and bound copies ready for signing, for which (obviously) there is a small charge which must just cover production and postage. In our case we had an issue with Royal Mail with delivery (which often happens these days - RM is not what it was), but Amanda at Free Wills was on it and was incredibly helpful - and everything got through in the end. I can not recommend this service enough. It's a genuine free service. Everyone should have a will, and these guys make it possible for nothing. Thank you so much all at Free Wills!

One liner response to my original submission - “ you need a Scottish will “ so firstly they’re not very clued up on English & Scottish probate laws. I replied to say I’d taken legal advice and did not need a Scottish will. They then sent me a will. Then another separate one liner email “ you’re blocked “ What does that even mean? Very very unprofessional company and I have reported them. They may offer a free service but pay for a good service don’t trust them to do a professional service for you

Absolute pleasure to deal with the free will staff. They are so professional and kind. So quick to reply. Answer any questions promptly and kindly. They were simply amazing and they hardly get any money for this. I highly recommend them. My will and power of attorney are sorted with no fuss. The best company ever

I was charged for something I did not order and got no receipt or anywhere on the website with a thousand glitches on it that proved any transaction had even taken place. Not very pleasant to deal with at all and do not recommend.
