I bought a playpen from frisson life and the door lock gets stuck so wont operate or lock point does not go in far enough so that a child could rattle the door and lock point come out of its flimsy position and the door could open. I was offered some compensation for this as they had sold put but ideally i would like a new door. They asked for a photo it its so difficult to show and comes out blurry every time which is no use. I have not heard back from them since and they have ignored my follow up messsages on Onbuy Market Place. I am not happy with their non responses.
Fire risk
We bought some Quantum touch lights 6 months ago. They just caused a house fire and everything we own is destroyed. Do not buy these lights. I would be wary of any company that sells such dodgy stuff.

Faulty camera 3 months old - not replaced or refunded
My husband ordered a hunting camera I could use for wildlife in the garden. It was in use less than 3 months when it misted up, didn't video correctly and stopped working. We asked for a replacement and were told it was only covered for 30 days. It cost nearly £60 and Frissonlife claimed it was only covered for 30 days. We know we have rights under the Consumers Right 2015 but Frissonlife don't care. The camera doesn't work. They don't reply. Rubbish company with extremely poor customer service. The camera is not fit for what it was bought for - in less than 3 months it was useless. Expensive mistake buying from Frissonlife. Even their customer service number is a mobile - no area telephone number. Says it all. Don't buy from Frissonlife. They take your money and provide items that don't work.

Awful. Do not buy from them. One product arrived very, very late. One never did. The first one was returned but no refund received. Now due over nearly £600 and cannot get a reply by email and the phone number diverts to someone who doesn't speak English but managed to tell me 'No money.' Whether that meant no refund or we don't have any money I'm not sure!

Avoid at all costs … don’t believe the products are in stock as claimed, they are not. Delivery timelines are dreadful, some product just never arrives and you have to chase refunds. The ‘external’ lights we bought were very poor quality, wires not connected, including the earth, making them frankly dangerous. They are supposed to be waterproof but looking at them, highly doubtful. Expect them to be put in the bin where they belong.

We have ordered a desk which has arrived with two months delay from China. Due to their dysfunctional tracking system, one may not be able to track the item and the support team has no information on their products either. Now the desk has arrived, severely damaged not suitable for use. The quality of this product is low; with a very basic structure made with below standard materials.

Lovely light shades. Arrived later than anticipated. They do come from Hong Kong and so, don’t imagine them to arrive in 7 working days…
Bad quality
Ordered three products, they arrived on differenet days. The quality is very bad, unfortunately. I bought the worst pillow case ever, it's made of a very cheap material. It is totally different than in the photos and in the description.
Their products are far way too expensive in relation to their quality.
Terrible product worse customer experience
Ordered a chair for £290…worst decision I’ve made. I loved the photos but what turned up was absolute rubbish. Cheap and poorly made. It also turned up without a key part and turned up a week or two late. I asked to return it immediately and was offered 50% off - it’s not even worth £50 in my eyes. I’ve sent it back and have asked for full refund and they are now just ignoring every email I’ve sent. Two weeks have gone by with zero response and zero funds in the account. Complete fraudsters stay away!

Bought a chair from this company in October 2021. By November we’d still not received our order, so contacted the company who apologised for the delay and said it would be with us imminently. By the end of January we had still not received our order. Contacted the company again who said it was with customs and to contact them. We were told by customs that we had a £70+ charge. Contacted the company who said if we sent proof of payment they would refund this. We paid and sent proof of payment to the company and have still not received a refund for customs charge. In February our order finally arrived, three months after we order, and they’d sent us the wrong chair. Not what we ordered at all. Have contacted them to ask how they will resolve it and had no response. Wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt but very disappointed and frustrated and would advise anyone to avoid.

Still waiting for acknowledgment & approval to return after a few days. Wouldn’t recommend based on this interaction.
My experience with FrissonLife
I don't normally leave reviews, but decided to given the nature of the others for this company on here.
I ordered a chair (Retro Rattan Office Chair), having come across it online. After ordering I thought I'd have a quick look at the FrissonLife reviews, and immediately thought I'd made a mistake. I emailed them to cancel - they replied within a day, but told me it was already dispatched and too late to cancel.
I got a tracking link in the same email to 17track, which I also looked up and saw similarly bad reviews. So I emailed again asking to cancel. I was told as it was in transit this wasn't possible, but once it arrived I could contact for return details, or they'd give me 10% off if I chose to keep it (which I did think sounded odd).
At this point I assumed I wasn't going to receive anything, but 3 days later, low and behold the chair arrived.
The box wasn't in good condition - it looked pretty battered honestly - so I feared the worse.
However, I took it all out, and put it together and the chair looks just like the picture. I can't speak for it's longevity at this point, but it's a decent weight and it feels solid, and it is exactly as pictured/described.
I contacted them to say I would keep it, and they did as promised and refunded 10% onto my Paypal.
I had the same weird email thing, with a subject line of "Child Order" and the Paypal payment showed up as Chinese characters, so I don't think the company is UK based as it purports. But as to my experience, I emailed 3 times and they replied to all of them within 24 hours. I ordered it on the 4th and it arrived on the 14th, and it looks just as expected.
I think if I'd never read the reviews the only thing I'd have had issue with was the state of the box on arrival, but given the chair was in good condition inside I'd probably not have thought too much of it.
That said, there's a lot of people who've had bad experiences, so not sure I want to whole-heartedly be reccomending you buy stuff here, but I wanted to give my experience as it was a lot more positive than most I've seen (and most of the positive ones look dodgy lol).
Anyway, there we go!
No refund for machine that has not worked at all!
I bought a running machine before Christmas for £185 and it has not worked since I received it. The 'support' seems to be to ignore most of my emails requesting a refund and return address, and my letter mentioning my consumer rights sent recorded delivery has also so far been ignored. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed as their website looked legit.

To this day, we have no news regarding our order. No refund, no explanation, no answers. We are gutted. It was a Christmas gift. It is now mid January. Not only the child did not get their present, but it is now clear that we have been robbed. How we wish that we had seen the many dire reviews. I ordered of this site before seeing Trust Pilot. Was very worried after seeing this page but my Tiffany lamp arrived about 10 days later and looks great! Others may have had bad experiences but I’m very happy with the quality of my lamp. Sturdy metal base and stained glass shade. Item does seem to come from China but what doesn’t nowadays anyway
