Ordered a lamp 6 weeks ago. Only received the lampshade so far. No response from customer support. Tracking link says item has left China but no real information. So a company to avoid.

Ordered a product, paid, never got an order confirmation but did get an alert from my bank that money had been taken. Three weeks later - no product, no communication from the company - complained to my bank who opened a case. The product then arrived. Product good but NO customer service or any communication from the brand so therefore 1 star and avoid!

Ordered two lights which arrived very late. Wanted to return the lights due to poor quality and despite correspondence requesting return procedure , no response was received.

Been waiting on desk chairs for 60 days, when I needed them for a new office space. I've had no response from the company to assist with this... so far awful customer service and I'm still chairless!

I ordered a chair which arrived after months of waiting, and was faulty. There was not enough screw holes to put the chair together. After asking for either a replacement or a full refund I am now being ignored and have paid over £180 for a faulty chair which is not fit for purpose.

I ordered from this company on Christmas day for the boxwood hedge panels, I then read reviews a few days later and started to feel panicked that I was never going to receive my order BUT today one week after ordering I receive my order and I absolutely love my product I ordered!!! Thankyou so so much, if you are hesitating to order after reading reviews then please don't! I had a fast and smooth transition thankyou frissonlife!

Waste time and money never bother to place any orders. Had very bad experience.

Really wish I'd read reviews before buying from this company. Lights we ordered were supposed to take 5-8 days to get here, it's now been a month. No response to emails or phone calls. Am looking to cancel it now but looking at other reviews this might be difficult. Wouldn't recommend buying from this company at all.

I have bought furnitures from Frisson Life for over a long time now and the customer service has been very good. The quality of the products are good as well. But I'm still not satisfied with the delivery.

I ordered 3 Christmas door wreaths on the 4th November as gifts for family members - only 1 arrived and it is now 23rd December. I'm extremely disappointed as they were not cheap, therefore I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I have received my vertigo lamp that I have been waiting for 4 months and guess what I have received - a lamp made with paper. I am so shocked that I will contact a fraud association in UK. My lamp cost me 159 GBP to get a lamp made with paper instead of steal. Do not buy from them they should close down.

AVOID Terrible company. Electrical item I purchased was supplied with a foreign plug fused onto the cable and a very dodgy looking Chinese travel adapter with no safety markings on anything. This is exactly the sort of item that could potentially cause a house fire. The company NEVER reply to returns requests emails texts or calls.

I ordered a grow tent @65 quid from frisson life. A tent that size normally sells for 130ish. I was provided with a fake tracking number that doesn't exist with any carriers online in the UK. No idea where my purchase is right now and its been 7 days. The company masquerades as a UK trader, they are anything but. The picture of the little white woman at the end of your emails is fake. This is a foriegn business shipping from abroad. After enquiring about my tracking number I was advised to 'just be patient' in a one lined - broken english unprofessional email. Old sayings exist for a reason, if it seems to good to be true, it probably is. ALWAYS CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING.

Avoid this company at all cost. I ordered my light over 2 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. Website is misleading; states that it is in stock and will be dispatched with 24 hrs. It fails to tell you that it is coming from China. Sent multiple emails but only received one response. Contact number provided is not recognised.

After two months I still don’t have my order and all my emails go unanswered and the phone number just says you can’t leave a message

Should have checked first. No reply to emails and no items 3 weeks later. Seems unlikely that this will be resolved. Website says 3-15 business days delivery which is not accurate. All very misleading.

Lampshade never appeared and no response to emails or Facebook messages. £140 they owe me.

I placed an ordered on 10/10/21 and paid in full company gave a delivery date of no later than 20/11/21. 13/12/21 no delivery no contact ? Still waiting for a response to my request for a refund I made at beginning of December. I was not aware at the time of purchase that the item would be coming from China and I definitely would not recommend frissonlife.com to anyone or use this website again very disappointed

Shame I didn’t check reviews before ordering! Lesson learnt! Placed order for Xmas present mid November - received delay letter and still nothing has arrived. Have emailed. Seems highly unlikely I’m going to get my order looking at these reviews. If I do I will retract this statement!
