I placed an order on 18 th November, payment taken but nothing received. No response to my 2 e mails, message left on FB, WhatsApp message or their completed form! EDIT: light fitting arrived the day after I posted this review.(Chinese post marks) All if a sudden they replied to my e mail asking if I’d received! So taken over a month and not the 5 days promised.

1320679525307338752. I got an email saying that delivery would be delayed and I would receive an email as to when it would be delivered. I have not received any update in 2 weeks and they are not replying to My Emails.

AVOID - Personally I would give a big fat 0 stars if possible. No updated tracking information for my order, no arrival of order and absolutely no response to my emails or messages sent via their Facebook page. When attempting to request a refund via their website it tells me to send an email to the support at frissonlife.com. That would be the same email that I have been sending emails to with nadda response. This kind of thing rips my knitting. Left out of pocket and not in receipt of order. I don't even believe this company is based within UK as website shows a different postal address to their FB page.

This company advertise a UK address in Stockport just 45 mins away from me. I stupidly never checked the reviews and now 11 days later a packet of Christmas lights have not even left China yet. I cannot cancel them because they are in the postal system and their reply -

I bought 3 items on their website, but not happy with a purchase. I bught 2 pillowcases which are made with cheap awful fabric, not like on pics, the same with mandala. Looks nothing like advertised, awful polyester fabric, so diffrent like a photos from website, be aware. Not worth a money you pay at all.

No sign of order…but refund now received
I ordered a monitor shelf on 19 November - on the website it said delivery within 3 to 15 days. Confirmation email said delivery by 19 December which is nearly 2 weeks later than advertised.
Order still showing as processing and I also received an update email saying there had been an issue with there online ordering system.
That was 10 days ago and nothing since, despite several emails asking for updates.
Pretty sure this is a scam company, but my order was only a small amount and as I paid through PayPal I will get a refund - feel sorry for some of other folk who might have lost a lot more money.
Update 16 December - having heard nothing from them I emailed support @ frissonlife .com and advised that if I didn’t get a satisfactory response within 48hrs I would be reporting my purchase as a fraudulent transaction to PayPal along with my suspicions that this was a scam company.
I received an email 24hrs later advising that the item I ordered was not currently available and as such they had processed a refund. The next day I received notification from PayPal that refund had been sent and was processing.
Although I’m happy to have resolved this issue, I’m still leaving this as a 1 star review because I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t have done anything if I hadn’t contacted them with threats about fraudulent transactions etc
I will still avoid this company and would advise others to do the same

and now they are selling the lamps for £135 the same rubbish lamp I've found on ebay £18 I'm gutted this company is disgusting and thief's don't buy nothing just spread the word about them something needs to be done about it 😢

This company has just taken £1800 from my business account without permission, when we called head office it’s a mobile number, a lady picked up and couldn’t explain anything and said we would get a call back but yet to hear from anyone. Bank and police are investigating and seem to think it’s a scam and this company have stolen money from us. We have never used this service!!

I ordered a light mid October and it has now been over 6 weeks. I clicked on the link Frisson sent which apparently showed me where my parcel was. It allegedly left China on 25 October but either it's walking or it's not listening to the sat nav! Impossible to get hold of anyone. A scam?

Read reviews on Frisson website which looked good. However first excuse arrived yesterday stating 'ordering system has been suffering an unexpected failure in the past 2 days'. I will update this post when (or more likely IF based on below reviews) they contact me or items are delivered. I have paid on credit card so will receive a refund under Section 75 should items not arrive or are faulty.

Placed order for two screen lights 10/11/21, heard nothing for two weeks, then received an email stating there had been an accident with their "logistics collaborators". Unable to get a response from the company. Reading the rest of the reviews it doesn't sound like i'm getting these items anytime soon.

It’s not all bad
I was initially worried when my item hadn’t arrived a month later and my heart sank when I read other reviews. I expedited my order with Frisson Life, they replied immediately and advised the item was dispatched. Thankfully it arrived today, expertly packaged and exactly as described.

The first one I opened was substandard and damaged (badly scratched) Tried to contact them to ask for a refund but no luck. This is obviously a scam company and the website is clearly purporting to something it isn't. Avoid at all costs. Waiting for a refund.....
