Frosts Removals 

We did a 2 stage move, 1st to storage then on to new house. 1st stage went well. Second stage they left some bits as couldn't fit in the van, bbq, bike, parasol, and wheel barrow were left behind. Broken mirror and lamp. Went through their 16 week review and now I can't get hold of anyone, their phone number says no longer in use and I've sent multiple emails to them with no reply.

Booked them for survey - they were late despite having a 2 hour window. No contact to say they were running late

The team were well organised, cheerful and efficient.
When problems arrived they took time to deal with them calmly. I cannot see how, if we were to move again, hopefully not, but they would be my choice.

From my first contact with Frosts Removals to my quotation and then to Hussain, Adrian, Maj, Nav who done my move, I could not of been happier, they were on time, they were professional, and they went above and beyond, nothing was to much trouble for any of them. All my household items were packed away into their vans tidily and was unpacked from vans and into my new house where I requested them to be put. We used Frosts removals for our recent move from London to Isle of Wight. Our first house fell through and then our our completion date kept moving forward. Throughout the pre-move experience, Rob and his team were friendly, accomodating and made me feel at ease during my pre-move jitters! Communication was excellent and my emails were always returned.

During move day, they arrived within the time frame agreed and quickly and efficiently loaded the truck. On the other side, they happily unloaded items to the rooms needed and were happy to go above and beyond. They were incredibly enthusiastic and friendly during the whole experience and made what would normally be a stressful day, happy and exciting for us.

They also have a service to remove the empty boxes etc and we will definitely be using them once we have unboxed and for any similar jobs. I have already recommended them to a family member who has a longer distance packing and removal need, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again.

Second to none! We moved from London to Scotland, and Frosts were impressive. We were using their storage facilities to keep the existing furniture from the rental we were in. On the day of the move they loaded all of our furniture into the vans and unloaded the furniture from the rental (with assembly) in less than 3 hours. When they arrived in Scotland not only did they place everything in the right place but also assembled what needed to be assembled in record time. It’s not just that they were fast for the sake of being fast; they were extremely efficient, like a well oiled machine. With the added benefit of being extremely nice. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them

The whole Frosts team were a dream to work with from the people in the office and on the phone answering all our small and silly questions; to Daniel who helped coordinate everything and dropped over as many boxes as we wanted in advance for packing; to Khan, Jamie and Rasel on the day who turned up on time, had the whole house emptied in record time, who took such care with our belongings, who were super flexible when waiting for the next house to become available, and who helped get our house into some sort of order by the day’s end.
You will be in good hands with these guys on your moving day - they take the stress out of what could be a very stressful day.

Appalling company (I used the Preston branch apparently). Don’t trust them with your furniture. Their storage facilities are not water tight, they don’t cover it with blankets, my furniture was damaged and badly treated, my mattress was filthy when I got it back and they misled me over their insurance cover and refused to put matters right. I have posted the photographic evidence of my Google review. Don’t use them!

Made a last minute enquiry on a general enquiry portal for a same week removal. Andrew called me within minutes and arranged everything .

Swift response competively priced .the removers were efficient and took care of everything . Big thanks to the team of three .

Thank you to Khan Majid and his team for moving my Grandad's items to his property. We have used this company before when we moved house so they were first choice with previous experience. My 92 year old Grandad's property was in a state of disrepair and not an easy environment to be in, but they were very patient and respectful. My 8 year old son accompanied me and wanted to help. They included him in their team and made him feel very grown up, included and valued. My son said he had a lovely day helping out and that one of the team had a lovely singing voice which he enjoyed. They could have become annoyed and frustrated with his insistent efforts to help but they seemed to find him amusing and were very patient. Thank you and big thumbs up from Jack 👍🏻🙂

Used frosts in June to move house.we packed our boxes ourselves. We Had two removal vans as we had a lot of boxes and two plastic sheds to move. They communicated well and arrived with 5 people who made light work of the move out and move in. They even helped us move the new bed and mattress that was delivered to the new house up the stairs (we were very grateful for this). Would recommend for hassle free moving

Please don't use this company I am finding more and more damaged items as I go through things and double check.

These guys are absolutely brilliant at what they do. The communication from Imran and the attitude and team ethic from the guys on moving day was fantastic . They dealt with a really awkward move with a load of heavy garden items and really poor access to the new house like it was normal. There was a lengthy delay in getting access to the new house meaning they were finishing up at 9pm, even at that point they wanted to put boxes in the correct rooms and get heavy items into position. Unbelievably good service. Thank you to the guys on my move Jamie, Connor & Rasel.
