The team moved our 5 room house from Buckinghamshire to Poole in 2 days and did a great job! No complaints at all, no breakages, no issues. Friendly and switched on team. A very good experience all round.

I was very happy with the overall experience with the team from Frosts. They arrived on time, packed pretty much the whole house up on day 1, and finished the move on day 2. The team were accommodating, efficient and as far as we can tell, there was no damage to anything. The standard service doesn’t include unpacking of boxes at the destination end, but they all get put into the relevant rooms, furniture that was disassembled is reassembled. I’d be happy to use them again for a future move.

I have been dreading moving house as felt stressful especially with a baby, however, the team made it feel effortless even with having to endure the task of 60 steps on the stairs with no lift!

We are very happy with Frosts Removals services. From the first contact till completion of the move, everybody involved from Frosts demonstrated professionalism and great working ethos.
The first communication was through WhatsApp video call where a specialist (Imran) reviewed all items we have to move and provided an accurate and detailed quote. Prior to the move date we received updates on the expected times, confirmation of items (we were able to make changes on the go and as long as it did not increase the total cubic meters needed in the truck we did not get any unpleasant surprises!) Thanks to both Rob and Imra for the amazing communication via phone/email.

On the day of the move we received a call from the movers team ~20 mins before they arrived, a team of three people (Khan, Tyler and George) managed the whole move flawlessly.
They were extremely respectful, careful with all items, great communication with us, confirming where each item goes. Took pictures of all items, flagged out any loose screws or anything we should be aware and managed to move all furniture out of the flat within less than 1hr and in the truck.
What really amazed me was well packed was the truck, all "sensitive" bits (like mattress and linen sofa) were put in protective soft cases, any fragile bits (like mirrors, glasses) were wrapped in bubblewrap, and the wardrobe (disassembled) was carefully wrapped in soft material, added cardboard sheets in between to avoid scratches and got tied inside the truck. Watching the team putting everything in their truck was like looking at professional Tetris players putting every item to the right place!!!
Again, on the destination the team ensured all furniture goes to the right room, were careful of the house, door frame, stairs etc and did not make a scratch anywhere!
They arrived at 10.30 in the morning and by 13.00 everything was done (with 1hr+ commute distance).

Got a quote and booked it in , then got e mail to tell me that I lost the slot! Now there’s no answer on phone . Not good

Attentive movers provided a careful packing service. Anthony and his team went the extra mile to quickly pack the house up, they took special care of difficult items including a pool table and a piano.

Frosts were very helpful and efficient: they accommodated a late change in moving date. On the packing day, they were so efficient that the house was mostly packed up within 4 hours. I recommend that you prepare stuff that needs remaining beforehand, that's how quick they were. On the moving day, they waited paitently for just over an hour, while I waited for the solicitors to release the keys. Unloading was also great: they reconnected the washing machine, lifted all the furniture to the relevant rooms etc. I have not found any breakages or damages either.
Most of all, their quote was much better than a more premium service.
