The guys yesterday were so efficient, professional and accommodating - we could not have asked for more.

I have been faced with positive customer service throughout my time with Frost Removals. Anthony saw to it that I could quickly book a service, which made my experience very smooth. The team; Dan, Muhammad and Lawrence were very polite and were keen on answering my queries. They worked with extreme efficiency and speed. I was especially impressed with the set of skills Dan displayed in stacking the van. I highly recommend this service!

Extremely friendly, professional service! We've recommended Frosts to our other family members moving soon as the service was excellent from initial quotation stage to carrying out our move. Dan, Sufyan and Koby were so polite from the moment they arrived and took extra care to understand what was what, and where things should go. We were impressed with the speed that they carried out our move at both ends without compromising on how gentle they were with our possessions. They used a mattress bag to carry the mattress too. Nothing was too much and we cannot fault them!

Great service provided today with my move. Arrived on time and dissembled and reassembled my wardrobe perfectly. Special thanks to the team Nahid, Jamie, Ibrahim and also Anthony for setting up the booking. Highly recommend.

From start to finish everyone I dealt with was incredibly professional, polite and very helpful, not to mention honest and realistic!

I had the great privilege of Jay and Jeff who had me smiling and laughing throughout the day, which was very much needed because moving stressed me out so much. They handled all my belongings immaculately well, giving everything their best care and attention, and they also continuously went the extra mile to make sure the move went well. I didnt have to worry about a thing because they had absolutely everything covered, and I mean everything!

Frosts removals were brilliant with our house move, all the way from the initial pricing assessment all the way through to the move itself.

All staff we dealt with were polite, professional and very helpful and they were always accommodating when our move kept getting moved further into the future.

The guys who did the move itself were prompt and very efficient, moving everything very quickly without any fuss, and all with a smile on their face! Everything was handled very carefully and all our belongings were looked after.

What a crew from start to finish, worked like troopers. They loaded quicker than l could keep pace with. Nothing was too much trouble for them, cannot believe they had two houses packed and delivered before 3pm. Highly recommend 👌

The move was two day due to distance. They came 1st day on time and worked hard stacking every thing in vans. 2nd day also arrived within time frame given and worked just as hard.
Jay and Jeff were helpful polite and nothing was too much trouble for them.
No swearing or cursing which we appreciated.

I was recommended this company by my estate agent and their price for removals and storage was very competitive. Cameron was very knowledgable and helpful arranging the whole process. The crew on the moving day was very punctual and professional to pack all our belongings and put into storage as well as dispose old furniture.
