The team worked really hard, were very polite, and managed to get everything in the van. I would definitely recommend them.

I am a single person moving alone. The guys were helpful, respectful and speedy.
I had a delay getting access to my property at the other end. They waited very patiently and unloaded all the garden furniture and laid out all my pots in a really nice arrangement, meaning I didn’t have to do any heavy lighting after they had gone to re-organise.
They moved and emptied the shed twice and had a lot of common sense about positioning.
I am very grateful for the care they took, which meant I could look out into an organised garden.

A bit chaotic.

Turned up the day before the agreed move date (yes really) “because they were a bit busy on the planned day”

Then wouldn't come and collect the empty boxes after, despite saying they would.

I wont use them again.

We moved on 24th November from Yaxley to Peterborough.
The move was amazing and Hamza and his team made the whole process stress free.
The whole team were very professional and had utmost care with the transfer of my belongings. There was no damage to the items boxed and the speed of the move was incredible.
Their whole attitude to the job in hand was calming helpful and positive, this helped us to get through the day.

Honestly, these people were absolute superheroes when I moved from my flat into my first house. Their fee was competitive and reasonable, they came on time, and every single one of them was incredibly nice and polite and couldn't do enough to help. They are the best removal company I have ever used or ever even heard of. I really can't thank them enough. The contents of our 5 bed house was moved into storage by Khan, Jay, James and co of Frosts Removals. The whole process was seamless. They were efficient, friendly and thoroughly professional. They made what I expected to be a stressful day into an enjoyable and relaxed experience. I hope the same team will be available to move us into our new home when it is ready.

I dealt with Cameron in the London office. He did a video call to assess the quantum of contents that needed packaging and removal and then arranged a quote. Super professional and quick in his responses and connected me with a very professional packer who also removed the goods for shipment. The goods included electrical/hi fi equipment, a large desk, sofa, assorted computer equipment (desk top, monitors, printers and cabling), crockery and cutlery, coffee machine and clothes and a large TV. Nothing was damaged. The shipment was going overseas. Also the quote for door to door clearing/forwarding/and delivery was very reasonable. Highly recommend these guys. And I came upon them via a simple Google search. Go figure.

Due to not being able to find our house very easily I sent maps and google map screen shots to find it, however I received a phone call at 9.40 and the van was 50 miles away at a different address so they turned up 1.5 hours late.
We were moving from a two bedroom house to a two bedroom bungalow yet we were not taking beds, drawers wardrobes etc, the van when it turned up appeared the small, we showed the driver what need to go and he said it would not be a problem.
It transpired that it would not fit and we have had to make 7 journeys in a estate car to transport what was left to our new house.
When the van arrived at the new bungalow I showed the driver where the boxes were to go, before they started unloading I was told I had to pay, these demands for payment continued, including two telephone calls from the office saying I had to pay, it felt very intimidating and I paid even though they had not completed the job, there were three delivery personnel ad myself so it did not feel safe, The problem got worse in that they parked there van on my block paved driveway ad it leaked oil over the block work, I showed this to them and they said it could be wiped up, the office also had a very couldnt care less attitude and demanded payment in full ad said I would have to claim on insurance.
Moving is a vert stressful experience and using Frost's made the day 10 times worse, I would not recommend them to anyone the whole day was a disaster, the staff could understand and speak english but spoke in their own language this also made the experience very uncomfortable.
Go with someone else the good reviews do not portray the experience I had in anyway shape or form.
It is now three days after the move and o one from the company has called to see how the damage to the drive is all round a disgusting respect for customer.

Should of realised from the start of our removal day …. We was told between 9-10 , to be called at 9.40 to say where they was … about 50 miles away at the Wrong address….
They eventually arrived at 11.05 with what seemed like a small van , was concerned as was moving a 2 bedroom house and shed and garden contents??
3 Guys got out of the van, we showed them what they needed to take and the older Guy said No problem and assured me It would all fit in…..
As they was packing myself and partner was concerned as after 2 hours the van looked Very Full and I expressed my concern and the older Guy/Driver said .. “He would do his Best… this definitely didn’t assure me at all, also I found it very rude they spoke in a different language constantly to each other, when it was obvious they could all speak very good English!!
Anyway after realising they had filled the van we still had a lot of items left… infact we had 7 Estate car loads we had to do ourselves…
My partner went to the new address with them and when he got there … The driver then insisted on payment before they would unload and my partner also received 2 calls to say he must pay, he felt very intimidated and obviously paid…
Also at our new property their Van leaked OIL on the drive, my partner said to the driver.. The Driver said don’t worry can be wiped up, was very flippant and didn’t care… it’s still on our drive as it’s block paving!!
We was disgusted and disappointed in the service or should I say lack of service from this company!!!! 🙁

A pleasure to work with Frost Removals, from quote and confirmation right to the moving day the whole process was a easy. Andrew was excellent answering all questions timeously. Khan and his team arrived early on the moving day and packed up our whole apartment in the blink of an eye - all while treating our items with care and respect. I will definitely be calling on Frost for any future moving needs.

The service and expertise provided was of such a high standard. Could not recommend them enough! They managed to pack up everything we had asked for, and then assemble in the exact same way that you wouldn’t even know! They took the stress out of moving and were really helpful.

A great company to move with. Not only did the guy on phone sort our move between 2 people in different areas with no issuses. The driver was great packed everything well, drove no problem and even helped a broken down vehicle. Such nice people thanks guys.

I took many quotes from different movers, which were unreasonable. Frost removals stood out. The team when arrived were friendly and managed everything very efficiently. They were very careful with the furniture and not damaging the property. We were getting very stressed how it was going to happen but we were done with the pick up and transfer by afternoon.
