Cannot rate these guys highly enough. They were punctual, friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they made our two day move run smoothly. They were booked about 6 weeks in advance and there was communication from them regularly during that time.

We used these guys yesterday for our move and I cannot speak highly enough of them. They made a stressful move a pleasure with expert dismantling and rebuilding at the new house. They obviously take a great deal of pleasure in their job and match it with how they related us from start to finish.

Recently used Frosts to move from Bolton to Dumfries. What can I say about the service, well it’s absolutely fantastic. The 2 guys Jay and Jeff that moved us were just amazing. We had paid for the packing and dismantling service and they were so quick in doing this and nothing was too much trouble. So polite and helpful. An absolute credit to the company they are. They then drove up to Scotland and unpacked and reassembled the furniture. Again nothing was too much trouble for them.
I was so impressed with the service and the extremely competitive price that they offered. We have been absolutely blown away by the service as to how good this firm were.
Also from the initial quote with Andrew and up until moving day communications were excellent with the firm.
Will definitely be recommending and would always be my first choice to use.

Highly recommend Frost removals. The 2 young men who helped me move today( one of the hottest days this month) worked no stop to ensure my move from Lincolnshire to a storage unit in Yorkshire went without a hitch. Will be using them again when I actually move into my new home

Frosts have been storing furniture from a family home for some time. This company is very professional and a pleasure to deal with! From the excellent communication with the office team by phone or email, to the willing help given every time we needed to move things and finally to disposing of items, nothing was ever too much trouble. We cannot speak highly enough of Frosts Removals from start to finish. We had a nightmare on our original removal date and had to cancel due to no fault of ours or theirs. But they showed professionalism, patience and caring. Not only on the day it got cancelled but when we finally moved 2 days later. Would recommend this company to anyone. The driver was excellent.

We only paid and asked for a driver and we do all the labour but the driver offered to help and get involved. Was very friendly and made decent conversation.

Only issue was that he was an hour late but none the less a great experience.

Very friendly company and people. Driver was good company throughout the move as well. Was able to book an appointment with quite short notice as well.

Muhammed and Arafat led by Khan did a magnificent job on our removal. We were hesitant to book an out of area firm but we need not have worried. Nothing was too much trouble and great care was taken with our belongings.

Aaron & Jay were superb, packed everything up really quickly. I wasn't at my new place when they arrived but my brother and sister in law were waiting, and they were also extremely complimentary about them. Thank you for the trouble they went to in placing boxes in the correct room.

Excellent service from everyone that I dealt with at this company. Rob that answered the phone was very friendly and clearly explained things to me. The team that moved my items were exceptional! They were so friendly and nice. They took great care when moving my items and even did the little bit extra for me, which made it a pleasant experience. The company was excellent. I had to rearrange dates a Couple of times and they accommodated us and helped to ease our minds at the stressful event of moving! The removal staff were excellent and l would not hesitate to recommend them
