From first enquiry, came back instantly with reasonable and competitive quote.
Good service with booking, I changed dates at least 5 times due to, well I am sure don't have to explain the trials with house sales and purchases! Always understanding and amiable.
Then move day was incredibly smooth, which was such a relief after a stressful (from legal side) journey to it. The 2 guys that moved me were swift, efficient and, well lovely! They made me laugh, which was extremely welcome, while doing a smashing job.

Frosts offer an excellent service - from the first phone call. They were happy to answer all queries in advance and were very reassuring. On the day they were prompt, helpful, friendly and careful. They arrived at the second property in good time and did not leave until I was happy with the service. I would recommend Frosts to anyone moving.

From the outset Andrew gave us a competitive price for a move from Peterborough to Ipswich. He kept us informed and was so helpful and efficient. Equally efficient were the team of 5, led by Haan, who coordinated the team brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was loaded up speedily but with great care. It was the same at the other end. Nothing was damaged and great care was taken. Furniture reassembled. They worked like a well oiled machine! We’d definitely recommend them.

So happy that I went with this company. As they had a reputation for being one of the best, I was worried they may charge over the odds, but they offered a competitive quote for moving furniture and other possessions from London to Oxfordshire (including packing it up and transferring some to storage). All 5 of the guys were meticulous and nothing was damaged. They took the stress out of everything with their 'can-do' attitude. Absolutely delighted and grateful to Andrew too, for his thorough evaluation from the outset. Totally recommend them for professionalism and great communication (including with their friendly office team).

Highly recommend them, fantastic service start to finish. Booked a full packing and removal service from East Anglia to South Wales. They came on time, packed everything really efficiently and quickly, were really helpful and patient on what could otherwise be a really stressful day. Delivery the next day was just as efficient, very good even when the desk proved an awkward shape for the stairs. All people I spoke to were very helpful, calm and polite all the way through.

What a great company the 2 guys they sent to me took all the stress off me as moving is extremely stressful. No stress at all, nothing was too much for them. They even helped me put cats in carriers for safety. They carried all my boxes etc down flight of stairs at new place was a lift and long corridor, they never once complained they done brilliant job would recommend them anytime. Excellent service from 1st phone call to ease of payment to moving, best service ever used and I have moved twice in 8 months and moved several times. Wonderful service from the team at Frosts Removals! From booking the service right through to packing and delivery everyone is very professional and puts you at ease. Moving house is always stressful, but these guys took a lot of the stress away.

We chose the packing and removals service. The packing was done very quickly and care ways taken with our belongings. Even through we were moving over 130 miles away, everything was promptly and safely delivered!

The removals team were also very friendly!! I would highly recommend.

An excellent experience with Frosts for our move from Cambridge to Keighley (Yorkshire). We had a few quotes and theirs was the cheapest. They also impressed us with their proactive communication whilst getting the quote. On the day of the move the vans arrived on time and the movers were friendly, experienced and hard working. They worked at the end of a long day to fit everything in our storage unit, which only just fitted our items. Would thoroughly recommend and would use again.

I can highly recommend this company. My 88 year old Dad was moving over 150 miles. Frosts were wonderful. The quote was reasonable and initial contact friendly and professional. Cameron instilled confidence immediately. Dates were arranged, deposit paid and the removers arrived exactly as planned. They packed everything carefully and were polite and considerate when unloading at Dad's new flat.Excellent service!! Thankyou for making a stressful day run so smoothly!

I have to say that I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. I'm disabled, as is my partner, and wasn't looking forward to move day. The team from Frosts arrived, to a long distance removal, and immediately went to work. Despite me underestimating the amount of stuff to move they did their best to get the job done. They were professional, friendly, respectful, and nothing was too much trouble. It was an extremely long day, and the team made a difficult day for us much easier. Well done guys.
