These guys do a great job. They moved us out of our home, delivered half to a temporary home and half to storage. Five months later they moved us into our new home, which was a downsize and it's often tricky, but they were great. I have to say moving into our new smaller home was the easiest move we've ever done and we've moved a few times. I would highly recommend this removal company. Thank you Cameron, Adam & Jay.

Frost removals came on the day of our removal and as i am disabled they also did the packing for me. From start to finish they were kind and considerate. They took care of everything and never stopped going until they had delivered it all at my new address.
The price was very competitive and i could speak to the office at anytime with any questions i may have had.

The removal from hell!
Not only did they lose the sofa legs, glass shelves of my daughter’s cupboard and we are still looking for the internet booster, my bedroom curtains etc.... but seeing they packed things in random boxes...’
Several of my antique cupboards have bits off or are chipped!
I have moved several times before and never had anything missing or broken.
Not happy!

They were able to arrange my move from Hertfordshire to Devon within a few days notice. Furniture and items were quickly and carefully moved into a third floor flat. Furniture reassembled without instructions.
A long drive and day for the team but they were friendly and professional throughout.

Firstly they were very understanding and adaptable when I kept having to change my moving date due to delays with the build.

The movers on the day were very friendly and helpful. They reassembled my bed which was great, I couldn't have done this on my own.

Before they left they checked everything was in the right place and I didn't need any boxes etc moving to different rooms.

Helpful and friendly, worth the money, which was also very competitively priced.

Communication was always there and they had the time for the day I wanted to move at a short notice.

Can't speak highly enough about this Removal Company. Adam and his team worked tirelessly all day to get us to our new home. All the guys were helpful, courteous and extremely careful with our furniture and , Adam communicated with me every step of the way keeping me up to date with progress and overseeing the whole process to ensure deadlines for completion were met. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone worked so efficiently individually and as a team and I would trust and recommend this company without hesitation. Having access to Cameron 7 days per week for any questions from the very start was a real bonus too, taking the pressure off and reassured me that I was dealing with a company who would fulfil their obligations. A very big big thank you to all the team, I can't tell you how delighted I am with your hard work and dedication to your role and customer service. It was a pleasure working with you!

A bit late in writing this review but cannot speak highly enough in the way Cameron came to our rescue at the last minute, ( 5pm the night before we exchanged contracts), with stamp duty looming and having no removals they arrived 8.30 with a team of 6 and two vans.
Well, how they worked and loaded up was a joy to see. So we are very grateful to the kind, friendly way we were moved by FROSTS Removals

I can wholeheartedly recommend Frosts for moving home! We had a simply amazing, end-to-end experience. It was a relatively small move going from my 1st floor flat to a house but the guys took complete care with all my items, were able to navigate the tight staircase without any damage and even provided a dissemble/resemble service for me.

From booking through to completion - the process was excellent and wonderfully handled!

Highly recommend, 10/10
