Waiting for refund
I purchased and received an item, however it wasnt suitable so I returned to China as instructed at a huge cost to me. Tracked item to sorting centre in China several dats later and a month later NO refund.
Customer service is requesting information already given and blaming retailer. NOT happy , never use again !
