First Class Service
I wished I heard of Chris and his brilliant team way, way sooner. I was assigned to Carrie, who was incredibly thoughtful and caring throughout my case. She explained everything in a way that could be understood and kept me informed at every step of the process. I could not fault her professionalism one bit and would easily recommend Chris Fry to anyone who is being discriminated to get in touch with them. You would be in the best hands.
Excellent Service for those…
Excellent Service for those discriminated under disability
I contacted them on the advice of the British Deaf Association because of their extensive knowledge of discrimination law as I felt that my local solicitors did not have the experience and depth of knowledge that this firm does. They successfully brought a case against a service provider (I am not allowed to disclose any facts). They are deaf aware too, and have a link to SignVideo as well, for BSL users. I am going to be using them again as I have been badly discriminated against by another service provider. They make serious changes. The fact that I can get on a bus and use wheelchair spaces easily is down to this firm. They are life-changing - for the better.

Supermarket deliveries during Covid-19
My family and I were experiencing a lot of difficulty trying to access supermarket grocery deliveries during the Coronavirus outbreak.
Despite being in the shielding group, we couldn't get a delivery slot for love nor money!
Then along came Chris and his team of highly professional and dedicated legal team to our rescue.
Within a couple of weeks of Chris's involvement, our situation has improved 10 fold. We are now on the priority list for deliveries with one of the main supermarkets, and it was all thanks to Chris at Fry Law.
Thoroughly recommended. Thanks Chris. 👍😀
Chris Fry gets the job done!
Chris and his team have done an outstanding job in representing me. Chris is passionate on disability Civil Rights, and determined on supporting disabled people in law where ever he can.
My case seemed straight forward, but proved from that. Chris stuck to his guns and after nearly four years, saw that my discrimination was recompensed.
There are very few lawyers in this field, that truly understand how to challenge Disability Discrimination, Chris does and his actions will eventually lead to upholding rights of many disabled people under the Equality Act 2010.
Chris Fry is honest, professional and extremely diligent.
Thank you Fry Law for taking on and winning my case.
Excellent team
Excellent team. From the first conversation with Chris till the very end. Chris delivered on everything he said he could and was extremely accurate with what outcome my son would end up with.
Trust these experts they know what they are doing. Listen to them and do as they say and you too will be as happy as our family with the outcome. Justice.
Thanks Fry law
Ignored for 3 months
There's no point in getting in contact with FryLaw, as they'll just ignore your emails for months and fail to conform to their stated principles.
I got in contact, on 30th June, about discrimination I'd received from my University. I received an email from them on 10th July asking for more information, I provided this on 11th, receipt of which was confirmed on 12th. Since then Fry Law have not contacted me in any way. 3 months of being ignored is apparently acceptable according to them.
I emailed on 7th August asking for an update - no response.
I phoned on 15th asking for an update. I was told I'd get one ‘soon’ - no response.
I emailed on 26th updating a few things (as one of the incidents that I got in contact about was still going through the University’s internal complaints procedures), and asked, again, for an update - no response.
Haven't bothered to get in contact again as it's clear the response will be the same.
When I originally emailed I received an automatic response that stated:
“We understand that taking legal action is a big step at a difficult time and we don’t want to add to an already difficult time for you.”
Instead, they've only made the situation more difficult. I contacted them in desperation about how I'd been treated, they've only increased this. Additionally, due to their actions my levels of worry and anxiety were greatly increased, especially as the deadlines to take action for two of my issues were approaching, and have now passed, with no comment from them.
The email also said:
“If we are unable to assist with your claim at this time please be assured that we value our clients and are a firm who genuinely believe in #deliveringchange. We will tell you why and we will help you to understand how to successfully bring an action next time.”
They haven't done this either. I could understand if they didn't think my situation was strong enough to take legal action. But, did expect them to conform to what they claim will happen. Instead, as stated, they've just ignored me and made my health worse as a result.
So, it's clear from how I've been treated, Fry Law are not a company who believes in “delivering change” and supporting disabled people. As, if they did, they wouldn’t have treated me as they have.
Highly sensitive and well informed legal advice: I would highly recommend to those concerned about disability discrimination.
Fry law gave me a platform to understand the perceived disability discrimination, and points of law, relevant for my potential university claim.
Their approach was highly sensitive and empathetic and gave me hope in a dark time of lost personal confidence that arose from matters surrounding mental health discrimination during my studies.
I would highly recommend their law firm for honest legal advice on a potential claim, and I am thankful for the opportunity to start to heal from the impact of disability discrimination.
I have had a very negative experience…
I have had a very negative experience with this individual. I would not recommend his services.
