Easy to use website, the product was delivered within 3 days. I bought the slide for my grandsons 2nd birthday and he loves it. It is very sturdy with good sized steps and handrail.

This happened three times and now item is at Norwich depot 30 miles away,
Have had to reorder as cannot get to Norwich. Still waiting. I’m sure the Toy Company is fine but delivery is hopeless

Bought a Kidkraft Kaylee dollshouse and was a little disappointed with the quality of the build after 2 or 3 months - the floors weren't adequately supported and were bowing. Contacted FTTC who dealt with Kidkraft on my behalf. They offered me a replacement - and didn't want the old one back (Which was great as I didn't want to attempt to dismantle and pack it)! I said OK, and it arrived 2 days later! I now have 2! No idea if the second one fixes the issue with the first, but top notch service from FTTC and Kidkraft

I purchased a toy kitchen that was advertised as *Slight seconds - Damaged Box* - but it wasn’t just the box. The whole kitchen had already been used (all the stickers were already peeled off/stuck on and it had scratch marks on it. Very disappointed in the dishonesty, but delivery was quick
