I rang before i ordered to check stock was definately available as I was let down by other retailers on the play kitchen I wanted.
I spoke to a really helpful lady. I ordered my purchase on the Monday and it arrived on the Wednesday! Fantastic company at a great price & i would recommend them to anyone. I would defiantly use them again. Thank you

Awful experience how this company is still tradeing I will never know. Its probably the worse customer service I've ever received. I am so mentally distressed and upset with this company. I had raised a complaint and even then after four emails not once did this company respond back to me. Stay well clear you have been warned.

Ordering was effortless and everything seemed the norm until I checked my emails the day after placing my order.
I had an email stating I was due the company an additional shipping fee of £10 or they would send a full refund. Apparently the website was being upgraded and never charged me the full delivery cost. If it wasn’t for the fact the website was selling the item I ordered a substantial amount cheaper than everywhere I would of taken the refund.
The messages from the company were quite frankly shocking. Never before have I been asked for more money due to shipping fees. It was the company’s mistake therefore their responsibility to cover their mistakes

Waited to review as didn't put together initially. Fun Time Toy Company were very easy to deal with and had no issues. Granddaughter loves the wooden kitchen we bought although it took several hours to put together. End result was worth it though.

My daughter loves it. It was xmas present and we got another table for her friend too. Very lovely table. A little paint coming away from the lid but otherwise is very cute and usefull table.

I ordered a kitchen for Xmas for my Grand daughter (white with washing machine, fridge with water dispencer on the front,, microwave, sink and taps etc), It arrived on time with a helpful delivery guy and was assembled easily by my son in a couple of stressfree hours (he is a good DIYer) It looks really good and. my Grand daughter at 2yrs 7 months is thrilled with it as is Mum because it has loads of storage for all the extras you 'need' to play and store with a childs kitchen. Best price I could find at the time. So had an excellent experience with the Fun Time Toy Company. Thank you very much
