Great product, easy to put together, grandson's birthday party very popular
with all the children.

One of the parts had a small piece missing but the customer service was excellent and a replacement part arrived the next day. We are very happy with the product and very nice to have a helpful and efficient member of staff on the other side of the helpline.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Quick delivery,quality of product( smoby slide ).Even the delivery driver from yodel was very helpful.

Communication on late deliveries, damaged goods and re deliveries was appalling. I ended up cancelling the order because it was so late it missed the birthday party.

The product is great but I didn't realise how much self-assembly was needed.

Excellent service. Wooden Play Set came much quicker than I expected. Was a great toy and the children have loved playing with it. I would buy from the Fun Time Toy Company again and would recommend it.

I’ve never heard of this company. I was really happy to find I had a couple of options with my sons bday present being in different colours.
I ordered it and received the very big product within two days! Extremely happy with delivery and I hop when my sons open the product on his birthday it’s just as good.
If it is I will order again!

House is lovely my daughter loves it, there was a small crack in the roof vut with it being a birthday present for the following day after receiving so just decided to keep anyway.

My daughter absolutely loves the kitchen. Could have had a few pots and pans for the price but nevertheless a great premium product.

I preordered an out door play house. I was kept informed of my order by email and once dispatched i was given a tracking number.
Wouldn’t hesitate in using again to purchase goods and would recommend.
