Phoned company direct but no one available to speak. Toys finally turned up unannounced in a battered Waitrose cardboard box. The toys packaging was damaged.
An email to company complaining proved what a poor service this company offers.

Ordered the Kidcraft Sparkle Mansion Dreamhouse for my 5 year old daughter for xmas and I must say that I was very impressed!
I was kept upto date with the delivery which was made within 3 days. When I finally opened the 2 boxes a few days before xmas I spent an evening putting the Dollhouse together.
The instructions were excellent and every component and fixing was labelled up, making it very easy to build the dollshouse.
My only grumble is, that for some reason the connector blocks for the lift were wrapped up in the furniture box, wrapped up in the bath! I thought these parts had not been delivered and spent an hour trying to make a timber packer before my partner unwrapped each piece of furniture and finding the blocks!
I would therefore advise FTTC to put the lift connector blocks into the fixings packaging or that they update the instructions, to advise buyers where these blocks have been put.
Once I built the components together I was very pleased with the quality and finish of the dolls house and to top it off, my daughter was ecstatic on xmas day when she unwrapped it!

After a somewhat frustrating attempt to pay an additional carriage charge and an excellent and enlightening conversation with Natasha we received our dolls house as expected. Ordered the sparkle Barbie house and bit trouble with yodel delivering as it Xmas time but the customer service were brilliant chasing them up and keeping me informed will order again soon Thank you my daughter will love this and spend hours playing deffo worth money.

Prompt delivery of perfect toy kitchen that grand daughter has been enjoying every day over post Christmas holiday especially when cousins and friend join her as well. As previous reviews have pointed out, the ‘ construction’ involved was a good three hours of boys team work which bonded Grandpa & son in law over a beer or two on Boxing Day. Entertainment for the whole family achieved.

I ordered the kidcraft table and chairs with storage for my daughter in grey/white. The product was exactly as stated and my 20 month daughter loves it..I was kept well informed of the shipping of this product. I ordered this product 3 days before Christmas and it was with me for Christmas eve. This was my first time using this company and would definitely order again.
