I purchased a so chic doll house website easy to use despatched and delivered quickly, unfortunately arrived damaged, a new one was sent out 2 weeks after the first arrived. happy to say replacement is perfect will have a very happy daughter. customer service could be improved one call back after me ringing daily to sort it did leave me worrying i wouldnt get it sorted in time for Christmas. Was told id get calls back on updates and i didnt, no acknowledgment that id emailed either, just a quick reply back to say dealing with your order would have done. Would buy from again, they beat every other seller in price!

Up to a certain point, my experience is very similar to that described by a customer below.
I ordered a toy kitchen for my little one, which was meant to be her main Christmas present, on 4 December. The item was indeed despatched very quickly, but from then on everything went ridiculously wrong. The courier, Yodel, failed to deliver the item for 5 days in a row, despite confirming the delivery as due on each of those five days. I contacted Fun Time Toy Company on 11 December, who was quite sympathetic and agreed on asking Yodel to return the item to them. BUT, the seller refused to give me a full refund until Yodel marked the item as on its way to them, even though that was clearly not under my control and despite all the mistakes in the tracking system I had experienced until then with Yodel. I received no answer to my emails, nor any news from either the seller or the courier for the following 6 days (nor any refund of course). On 17 December, Yodel delivered the item to a neighbour despite my specific instructions not to do so (and the seller's?). At this point I was so disappointed that I opened a case on Paypal. The seller replied to me once through Paypal asking for a date and place they could collect the item from. I received no answer to the date and place I gave to them. And since the item had finally been delivered somehow, Paypal denied me the chance of getting the money back through them.

In conclusion: after the seller agreed on having the item returned to them so that I could be refunded, I hastily bought the same item (at almost the same price as Fun Time Toy Company, just £1 more) from another shop so that my little one could have it on time for Christmas. The new shop delivered the item in 2 days time with a different courier, of course (who even gave me a specific 1-hour timeslot!). I wonder why the seller continues to use Yodel, given its bad reputation and the problems Fun Time Toy Company had already experienced with them in the past, as admitted by its customer service. Weird, is it not? I can see no further possibility of refund given the lack of feedback from the seller in the last 3 days, so the extra kitchen will be destined to a better cause this Christmas.

Yes, Yodel created the problem. But Fun Time Toy Company was extremely unresponsive, took no responsibility for the mistakes of its courier and eventually, I was the only one to waste money, time and peace of mind. Is this the kind of behaviour you would expect from a responsible seller? Well, I expect better and I will never buy from Fun Time Toy Company again.

I had to call them as had submitted the wrong email. They were really friendly and efficient at sorting. Around great service.

Can't believe how wonderful this company is! Would recommend to anyone.Had a problem ordering on line (my fault) requested a call back, and had one.The item came in 2days when they said it would! I have used this company for the last 2 years & cannot fault them.I have just ordered my granddaughter's birthday present & was far cheaper than amazon!! Also can deliver the next day, p&p free.Will continue to use this company & would sincerely like to thank them for taking the stress out of Christmas!!
