Good communication but damaged product

Could not fault the communication with the delivery company which was first class. Sadly the packaging for the glass table top was damaged and when it was unboxed we found the glass had completely shattered. This was obviously an inconvenience as we have had to wait for a replacement.

Awful experience trying to call up and…

Awful experience trying to call up and arrange a delivery. I called three times!

The person working on Sunday afternoon clearly didn’t want to do any work! They either picked up and put me on hold for another 10minutes after getting to the front of the queue or completely disconnected the call. Shoddy business.

I called three times and wasted 30 minutes.
