Great communication throughout the delivery process. I was notified the day before that delivery was going to be early morning and they called and messaged 40 minutes before and 5 minutes before. Fantastic smooth delivery.

The delivery experience was excellent
The delivery experience was excellent. The 2 delivery men were very courteous. They took great care care of the product during unpacking, which was heavy but could be easily damaged.
On the lead-up to delivery I had to reschedule because I didn’t respond to text/email requests quickly enough, which required me to phone and set up a new delivery date. The person on the phone was efficient and courteous enough but this caused the delivery to be delayed by 2 days. This was rather frustrating. Perhaps Furdeco could think about giving a bit more time for responses to delivery messages as it may save some rescheduling time and effort.
