Bad delivery ive ever had late bad comunication

Many thanks to the customer service team for changing the delivery time to accommodate my request, and to the driver, who kept me updated throughout with regular communication. The entire process, from ordering to delivery, was smooth, efficient, and pleasant. Excellent service all around!

Delivery was missing a box that had vital parts in.

Delivery on time . The guys were as good as they could be . But they left the rocking recliner in the garden . As they don’t put it in your home . So I have a disability I opened the box I took the top half in the house but there was no way I could carry the bottom half in the house . So it was left out side till my husband came home . I’m glad it wasent raining . I thought the guys could have put the bottom of the chair in the house . So that is why I give 2 stars

I was told the boxes that the sofas came in were to return the goods should you not be satisfied. As it was the boxes were destroyed by the delivery guys getting the sofas out.
The sofas were removed from their packaging outside and the sofas manhandled into the house, being scraped against door posts etc, when the boxes would have fitted in the house and the sofas removed from their protective packing inside
The sofas I ordered were cream in colour and the gloves used by the delivery guys were far from white

Used to deliver a large and heavy double bed (4 boxes and a mattress) Arrived at time advised, kept me well informed, took the heavy packages up to the room i requested taking care of my property and opened each of 4 boxex ensuring they were not damaged and matched the item i had ordered. Only dropped a star at the end by leaving the garden gate open on leaving risking my dogs escapong. I would recommend this company again.

Good communication & easy to check timeline for arrival

Contacted me with a delivery date. Driver rang me on the day with with a drop off time. Very good service.
