Don’t use this company

Don’t use this company. I have made an order nearly a week ago and I have had no order confirmation, no contact and attempted to call them on several occasions and no answer. Don’t waste your time.

Well I ordered.a 2+2.red.leather sofas…

Well I ordered.a 2+2.red.leather sofas before Christmas,.it was rapidly approaching Christmas but no sofas. At this point I went onto live.chat.and complained daily..I must have become a.complete pain. One day I got a phone.call.from Peter the Ceo who offered an independent delivery 2 days later and they.arrived as promised. They are beautiful don't be worried about ordering from them .Worth.every penny

Disappointed as received wrong item

Delivery was quick and ordering was simple, however the bed I received was not the bed I ordered. I ordered a grey fabric bed but instead got a grey leather looking bed. I would have returned it, however I knew it would mean the issue wouldn't be sorted until after Christmas and as I purchased this bed for my son I didn't want to take the risk of him being without a bed until the NY so felt I had no option but to keep it but it's awful and not nearly as nice as the one I ordered.

Terrible

After reading the reviews I was a bit worried. The bed arrived within 48 hours (24 hours after dispatch). No email about dispatch but successful delivery. Bed is all there but there are no nuts, bolts or other assembly parts to put it together. Needed this bed asap so really disappointed and will be looking to arrange a collection and get a refund asap.

Update: Downgraded to one after not arranging a refund or sending the parts to make the bed. Will now go through the bank to dispute the transaction. Avoid unless you want a headache.

Bad customer service.

I ordered a single leather bed. The head board had a tear in it. As per the company's 14 day return policy requested a return. Couldn't speak to any body. Was a nightmare to communicate by email. I was instructed to return it by parcelforce and they would refund the postage as per their terms. It has been three weeks since I have been waiting for the postage cost to be refunded. Really disappointed. They are not abiding by their terms and conditions.

Absolutely shocking service wrong bed…

Absolutely shocking service wrong bed received. One message responded to in which they said the bed was the correct bed. No answer on phone calls or messages. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I now need to see if my bank can help as I’m being ignored.

****BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THESE LOPS

The company sent me out the wrong bed, ripped, stained, and glue drips onit. They sent me a faux leather when I ordered grey fabric linen. They refuse to refund and offering parts??? Going through PayPal as they are not accepting the beds wrong and full of faults. CRAZY. I WILL BE GETTING MY REFUND. Update PayPal refunded me. Don't use company. They put me in absolute distress with my mental health.

Don’t order from here if you want to be disappointed.

Everything. They advertise next day delivery if you order before 4pm. Which I did on a Wednesday and it’s been over 7 days where I don’t have my delivery AND they advertise ‘7 days or get a full refund’. i used them before but would never use them again. Nobody answers the phone. You send an email and get a response 4 days later. Useless

We are sorry to hear of the delay, we can see there was 3 unsuccessful attempts by parcelforce London South West depot due to no answer at the delivery address. This was eventually delivered on 4th attempt, albeit 10 days later. We will raise this with the transport team, however it is recommended to ensure you are present for the delivery attempts due to the size of the item which requires a signature.

Very Poor Quality and no refund policy, Scam in UK

I have ordered the foam mattress but they sent the spring mattress and I have sent the same day email, reply me no refund policy. Phone always answer machine & ignoring my emails, Very poor quality mattress and you feels only spring no foam. No 5 layer, Please Please don’t use this scam company you will definitely regret 😌 I will bin this mattress now and waste the my money 🥲

Shocking service and customer care

They claimed it would take 48 hours for delivery, it took 117 hours for it to be delivered. There is a customer care number, don't waste your time phoning it, nobody ever answers, and if you leave a message then nobody phones you back. I spent 3 days trying to get in contact with them, you can try Emailing them, but again they aren't prompt in replying, and when they do reply they don't address your queries. Furnitureful have replied to claim that I missed the cut off time on Friday, just like the rest of their service they make it up as they go along. My order was made over 2 hours before the cut off time. This company is honestly a joke, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have never dealt with such a bad company. Faulty goods received (rusty and falling apart) and 28 days later they have not collected, refunded or answered many emails. Now they are ignoring me. Evidence can be provided. Avoid at all costs

Very Frustrating

The only reason I chose this company was the promise of next day delivery. I ordered 2 beds on a Tuesday. One arrived Fri don't know where other one is. Phone number for customer services doesn't work very very frustrating dealing with this company. No customer service whatsoever ever.

Worst mattress

Don't be fooled by the amount of good reviews on their website, there is no foam on this mattress like how they described on their website, you'll sleep on the metal sprungs which will cause injury to your back, they will not accept a return because you open it which is insane how I might supposed to know that is going to be without foam. Their costumer service will offer you a 60 days trial which again is crazy, no one will sleep on the metal, you’ll need to sort your back out even after one night so do they will offer you hospitalisation as well??? Crazy
Buy yourself a proper mattress from somewhere else don't be fooled.
