First time I have used a booking service.It was a great experience!
Will definitely use Galaxy Escapes again.
They are fast and very efficient. Go my e ticket in just a couple of hours.

I SPENT A LOT OF TIME FINDING A FLIGHT FOR MY WHOLE FAMILY. GOT IN TOUCH WITH SOME MORE TRAVEL ADVISORS BUT DIDNT GET SOLUTIONS. AS SOON AUSTIN TOOK THE CASE, LATE IN THE NIGHT HE KNEW THAT THERE WAS NOT A POSSIBLE SOLUTION FOR THAT DAY BUT WE AGRRE TO CONTACT EACH OTHER IN ORDER TO GET IT DONE. IT HAPPENED THE NEXT DAY IN THE AFTERNOON. GREAT AND RESPECTFULL SERVICE. THATS WHY I CONSIDER IT AS MY BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.

STAY AWAY!!! Booked a flight, they couldn't deliver on it. They wanted to set up another flight at a much higher price.
Like I said stay away or you will be sorry. There is a reason their prices are cheaper than everyone else.

We purchased what we thought was tickets for our honeymoon in June of 23. Three hours later we get an email saying these flights were not available for our given price. So we call to check and they have another flight set up for us at $1720 more than our original pricing. This is called bait and switch. This website is a JOKE. The people I spoke with didn't have a clue what they were doing. They kept transferring me to other people when the heat was on them. If you can't deal with the public when you try to sell something that is not there then go flip burgers with Ronald or clean toilets at Walmart. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Austin was friendly and professional. I have doubts about using a travel agency because of a bad experience in the past. However, with Agent Austin, everything went smooth and quickly. Thanks

Very good service and response. Got a very good deal

This is a SCAM! Not only did they raise the initial price, but for 24+ hours had trouble getting my 3 tickets of the airline and continuously pushed back the time for when they would get back to me with the tickets. I ultimately canceled the tickets and even then it was a back and forth with the refund. I was able to use another travel agency to book my tickets online and when I needed to change travel date did so instantly without a back and forth. I don’t know what other reviewers are saying but this is a SCAM

Sean was great and so patient with me. I had some issues with my credit card but communication with him and customer support they were able to get things taken care of! My family is so excited! Can’t thank Sean enough!!

I have to admit, I was skeptical that this was 1. Legit and that 2. They would be sufficiently helpful. Hands down, booking through Galaxy Escapes turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Daniel Smith went out of his way to call me back multiple times to ensure that our transactions had gone through, and that everything went smoothly. He checked for the cheapest available flight and it turned out that it was cheaper to stay on the vacation longer rather than just 14 days, which was pretty awesome. He was punctual with his call backs (I even had him call me back so that I could try to find a better deal, and I wasn’t successful), and told me absolutely everything that was necessary to make it a smooth process at the airport. Highly impressed, highly recommend, and will definitely book through this company again. Thanks Daniel!

Daniel was extremely helpful. At first I was skeptical about galaxyscapes. I read a few reviews and saw both good and bad reviews. Daniel was always very patient and kind but he seemed a bit “pushy” and I felt some (not a lot) of pressure to buy the “deal” he found for my trip. I didn’t feel like the deal was a “deal” and so I passed. He then searched some more and found a cheaper flight but it was still too expensive and I didn’t want to commit. We hung up with me anticipating I’d just have to search more by myself. To my surprise, Daniel called again with a few modifications to my trip and got me a flight within my budget. Daniel went above and beyond and i definitely felt valued. I realized then Daniel wasn’t pushy. He was just trying to explain the time and costs of the flights for me and encouraged me to consider the deals he found. If I could choose, and hopefully I can, I’d come back here to make future flights with Daniel.
