i will use their service again and highly recommend it. the price is not what they advertised and it becomes higher with the charges and tax.

Sometimes I feel a bit rushed to book and that’s where mistakes happen. Make sure you read through everything and take your time and don’t let them rush you or a mistake can happen! Just take your time with booking

Thank you for finding me 8 tickets to Honolulu for a very reduced price.

I booked flight ticket with galaxy escapes and they called me back with additional cost. I confirmed them to book the ticket with extra cost, they took 2 days to book me ticket with wrong date. I asked to book correct date and they told they will do in 48 hrs. But they took more than a week to cancel that ticket and told that it would take another week to get new ticket, they never called me back nor answered. It was frustrating 15 days with all false hopes. Finally I had to book ticket with some other airline. Worst experience ever.

I was surprised that they text me. I usually get a voiced call and since I am deaf this voiced call doesn't work in my favor.

Sean was very quick to respond and knowledgeable to get me the best deal for a flight to see my mom!

Very good experience it took 3 days but I save a lot in my plane ticket. Customer services always informed me of any changes.

Yes , your all right … Daniel is very nice - when he is trying to sell you something—- however try to cancel —- NO GO - Nobody will contact you then —- flights are a scam — I got my confirmation and then called Delta to verify — delta didn’t have any flights for me with my confirmation!!! Warranty do NOT use this company !!!!

Great customer service from Peter T. and the accounting department. I got many calls and verification from both ends. I was hesitant at first because of the return phone calls & texts. The prices were 1/2 of what I was finding on other sites and from the airlines sites. With 5 of us traveling it saved us thousands of dollars. We received our etickets 48hrs later and logged in to the airline site and selected our seats. Also received another call to make sure we received tickets and able to log in to verify seats. VERY PLEASED with everyone at galaxy escapes!!

Definitely, is a REAL company. I was worry at the beginning because they don’t release your ticket immediately but after 5 day, I got my locator number.

The team is really polite and responsive. The only thing I can suggest is to keep update the web page because I bought a ticket and then I received a call telling me that this prices is not available and increase a little bit, but even though was less than if I bought directly with the airline.

I will buy again if I need it and if they keep the good prices.
