Definitely, is a REAL company. I was worry at the beginning because they don’t release your ticket immediately but after 5 day, I got my locator number.

The team is really polite and responsive. The only thing I can suggest is to keep update the web page because I bought a ticket and then I received a call telling me that this prices is not available and increase a little bit, but even though was less than if I bought directly with the airline.

I will buy again if I need it and if they keep the good prices.

I had the most good experience. I was desperately looking for a reasonable flight and I see Galaxy Escape and clicked on it and couldn’t believe the price difference from the other travels. I was hesitant but proceeded to book my flight. Then I received a text and then a speak a call from (agent) Austin and he was very thorough, kind and was just awesome. It is people like him that I will go back and book my travel with and also let my friends and family know about Galaxy Escape. He is truly a valuable person to your team and in today’s world it is hard to find good and hard working people like him. Please thank Austin again for me.

I was happily surprised with the level of support and assistance I have received from Galaxyescapes team.
My flight was cancelled by the airline and I have asked airline to rebook me on other flight in 2 months, which airline neglected. With the great help from Galaxyescapes team my trip was re-booked with new convenient for me dates. They were very helpful and were keeping me informed at all the steps of the process. I am very thankful for the great service. I'll be for sure booking with them again!

I have booked 3 tickets online with good deal. they called me and said they can not booked tickets as airline has denied this price for the tickets. they want me to buy it again at more price however at least they don't charge until your tickets are confirmed. whatever price you see on website are not accurate. please do not buy airtickets from this website.

Ordered tickets online, they called and said you can't reserve a round trip with 2 separate airlines ( the way it was listed on their website) and wanted to charge and additional $320. Said no thanks and hung up. RUN FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Nope run away! This is a scam! Ordered tickets, they called and said we can’t have the tickets we ordered but for $400 more we could switch flights, NOPE! You gave us these specific flights on the site… order cancelled moving on

We couldn’t find flights for a conference under $1200 each so we contacted Galaxyescapes and talked to Marcus. Not only did he get us tickets but they were $300 cheaper. Great customer service! We will definitely use Galaxyescapes agian!!

Marcus came through with our tickets .
It did however take longer than expected to get our tickets from airlines. Marcus did make it his priority to help us . This was also a second choice for us and more money than originally expected but worked out in the end . We are happy .

I had a hard time finding the times and dates for an upcoming trip and needed help. Marcus Wilson took a lot of time helping me get what I wanted for this trip. Flying from one small airport to another can get very expensive, but he found what I wanted and secured it for me.

He was responsive. We spoke on the phone at least three times. Instead of the $1200 flights he was able to book me for $450. Thank you Marcus.

There were problems with email from him to me and we never figured out why, but using an alternative email address finally solved this issue. Using my preferred email address (___ @charter.net) I was never received his emails, although I could use it to send him emails.

I just tried to use it to submit and it still won't work.

Marcus was a great help in assisting with our booking. I was skeptical at first but after speaking with him, I felt at ease and within 48 hours my booing was confirmed.

We will be using Marcus for our future reservations.

A bait and switch scam. they had posted one fare and when they called, they raised the cost to over $500.00 dollars.
